Part of the beauty of characters like Spider-Man is they are relateable to everyone. Isn't saying that black people can't relate to white characters because of skin color, actually even more racist than the points you're contending? Black people have related to Spider-Man + Batman for decades. White people have also related to Storm + Falcon for decades. White people listen to hip-hop, black people watch Die Hard. You're quick to pass the buck rather than let anyone take a look at yourself.
i think that’s a facile position to take when you yourself are white along with 80+% of the characters in comics. While there is truth in what you say, there is also truth in the opposite. Let’s try living in a world where only a rare few heroes are like you, and see how well you like it or how comfortable and condescending you are about it.
