  • You are never as ugly as you think you are
  • You are never ever worthless, even if/when you feel that way
  • You are capable, failing doesn’t diminish your potential/progress, try again, you are going to get it, if you really want/ed something, be patient and don’t give up, fail, recover, try again and you’ll get it
  • You are not hard to love, everyone is complex and all relationships require work and patience, you are okay, you are not too much, nor too little, you are just right as you are
  • Life is long, you are here for a reason, there absolutely will be better days ahead of you, every little step matters, keep going, you will get to that moment when it wont hurt as much anymore, you just have to give it time
