why is it so impossible to recover without professional help?? like i can go MONTHS thinking im okay, but this ed never goes away. i just ignore it until im too weak to.

But not the shitty ass cucumber 🥒🤮 I’m talking cabbage, carrot and holy moly pickled tomato 😩🍅 if you haven’t tried any of these you’re legit missing out. Also a tiny advice for my elite pickle enjoyers: pickled. garlic. No comment, go try it and then come @ me ❤️🧄

Yogurt 10/10 🥣

It’s so fucking gooood!! Of course I ain’t talking about the slimy pre-packaged ones, I’m talking about the homemade one. That’s the real shit 🤤plus it doesn’t have too many calories, 60-65 cals for 100 grams and that’s more filling than you actually think. Btw you. gotta. season. your. yogurt. properly!!! Add chili flakes, salt, pepper, dried mint and THYME!! and then talk to me 🙄✋🏻

Lettuce 5/10 🥬

This is the unproblematic YouTuber of foods. It tastes mediocre, it doesn’t have much calories. It’s just a pain in the ass to wash properly lmao

Rice cakes 4/10 🫓

It tastes fine but it’s too bland and it makes me want to eat other stuff with it, especially peanut butter. 😬🥜

Steamed broccoli 10/10 🥦

Omfg if you haven’t tried this you should check your eating privileges 😩☝🏻 this is just amazing. You just steam some broccoli, squeeze lemon and sprinkle it with salt and chili flakes and Voilà! Plus it doesn’t raise much suspicion if you’re eating with others 😏

Peaches 5,5/10 🍑

They’re so fucking good but calories add up if you eat more than one and trust me you will 😳 But they’re good for the times when you crave sweets and they actually helped me prevent tons of binges 🙏🏻🥲
