I was living in my own binary, and I was like there's no way that I can be androgynous with bigger boobs now. How I feel inside is the thing that I needed to work through." JANELLE MONÁE

it just feels like if you made a first season of tv in part about how the fine dining world chews you up and spits you out to the point of inducing mental health issues so severe they manifest as you envisioning your workplace on fire in your waking life it’s a bit odd to make an entire second season about how actually we ARE moving forward with this fine dining concept and then only really at the end call back to those underlying issues you had started to tease apart last season but you lost track of because you introduced some mary sue for your protagonist to date and had to write in a cameo for john mulaney
