Note to self:
Never fall in love with someone until you fall in love with yourself.
Never fall in love with someone until you fall in love with yourself.
At the end of each day, look back on the things that were good that day. Maybe the sky was pretty, or you made a little progress on a personal project! I know it’s difficult to push away negative thoughts when you’re trying to sleep. But try to think positively at the end of the day, every single day. The more you try, the easier it will become. Keep at it.
Recovery isn’t linear. Give yourself some slack for bad days.
i have goals. and i have plans. but if those things don’t work out, it doesn’t mean i’m a failure. it just means i have to recalibrate and reassess. if one goal isn’t met it doesn’t invalidate all the other goals i will have in my life time.
