Sure there is, it's eyesight. It's ubiquitous enough that a lot of people will have it at some point in their lives, and easy enough to treat that most people can afford the doctors to check the quality of their eyes and to buy the glasses/contacts/surgery they want to address the issue. There's even an entire language that was create so that people who are 100% blind can still read books.
