💗Dating Core Principles 💗

There are some of my core principles that I use in dating, this might inspire you, or not, which is fine. You don't have to agree with my principles, but each of them has a whole story behind them.

  • I am happier being single, and I only accept going into a relationship if my counterpart adds to my life. I only accept people into my life that won't make me feel emptied out, anxious. I protect my energy before anything.
  • I am not afraid of breaking up, and rebecoming single, the moment I feel like I am not valued as a woman, as a human being. I know that singledom isn't the end of the world, and that I can find another partner. I have a mindset of abundance and security, not of precarity. Basically, dick is abundant.
  • I trust myself, and my loved ones before any new acquaintance, and that includes boyfriends. I'm my own grounding stone, and so is my family. I am honest with my own family, and so are they with me. I believe my own gut before anything. If I feel afraid, I run away. If I feel angry, I listen to myself.
  • The moment I find myself doing "exceptions" from my personal rules, I step back a moment and reevaluate. The rules I did create are for an specific purpose, to protect me and give myself opportunities to vet, be objective. When a man pushes for exceptions it is considered boundary stomping.
  • I refuse to choose men whose situation, if I unite myself with them, would bring down my comfort. Sole handsomeness or kindness won't pay the bills. I am perfectly able to sustain myself, and a lower financial status man can endanger my own stability.
  • I absolutely refuse any form of FWB or "special" relationship, that is ultimately, exploitation of myself and my body. I deserve to be pleased, and I don't give pleasure without receiving myself. I believe those relationships are very beneficial to the man, as he doesn't has to work so hard, or sacrifice hard, and doesn't has to commit to a lady. It also increases risks of STI. Pussy protection first!
  • If a friend encourages me towards unhealthy behaviours relationship-wise, I dump her. I do not need any negative influences in my life.
  • I protect all my money incomes, my career, my schooling. I refuse to let private relationships spill into those other spheres of my life. I don't text love partners at work, I focus on my work. I don't text lovers while in school. I don't allow them to come at work or school. Those spheres are to be separate, because they're my security.
  • I refuse to bed with a person, before at least 2-3 months into an exclusive relationship. I refuse to be left alone with them in situations where sex could be a realistic endgame. I only meet them in public places, or with friends. I protect my mind and pussy doing so, because I know I am easily swayed with all the bonding hormones and it clouds my judgement.

Those personal rules I have for myself maybe picture me as a boring person in your eyes, but I guarantee, once partners have been accepted into my intimate circle, they appreciate my presence and feel happy around me, because they know they can count on me being a stable, harmonious woman 💗

Things I wish knew when I found out about law of assumption:

  • Everything is literally so easy to manifest: you don't need to put any effort or affirm extra for "big" desires.
  • Creation is done therefore you don't need to wait.
  • Manifestations are instant if you assume they are.
  • You decide when your desire is here and how long you have to wait: you can decide it is here now and you don't need to wait at all.
  • You only need internal validation (your mind and imagination): stop seeking validation from the 3D and look within.
  • Persist no matter what: do not give up on your manifestations because you see something that opposes to what you're trying to manifest. Your future self will be grateful for you persisting!
  • Do not label your manifestations as big or small: manifesting a penny is easy as manifesting one million.
  • You are doing everything right: do not doubt the process at all or think you're doing it wrong.

These are things I wish I knew once I found out about law of assumption. I used to have so many limiting beliefs such as believing I would have to wait a month to see results in the 3D, but that is false! If creation is done why would I wait?

Self Care Tips for the High Maintenance Woman 🌸

Life is tough…. but don’t let it consume you!

Hey babes, It’s your girl Chichi! it’s no secret that living in the 21st century is tough. It seems like there are more demands on women than ever before, and the expectations for what a woman should be capable of doing at any given moment seem to increase with each passing day. The result? Stress levels through the roof, not enough time or money to do anything about it, and an emotional rollercoaster that never stops running.

Self-care is important for everyone, but it’s especially crucial for women in the age of self-doubt, social media judgment, and FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)

The good news is you don’t have to live this way!  Further down in this blog post, we’ll discuss 3 self-care tips for women so you can finally start taking better care of yourself without sacrificing who you are. 💅🏾

So… Chichi what even is self-care?

When you care for yourself, you are taking time to recharge your batteries. Its a form of tapping into your Feminine Energy! You’re self-nurturing, taking care of your body and mind so you can be the best version of yourself. It’s not selfish or a sign that you don’t love others; it’s simply about giving yourself what you need to do all the hard work in life. If you are interested in some other tips; “On how to tap into your Feminine Energy click here!

Self-care can be as simple as taking a few minutes each day for yourself, doing something that makes you feel good inside out, surrounding yourself with self-loving people, or treating yourself to something special every once in a while..

Self care is crucial for us High Maintenance Ladies!

lack of self-care comes from never feeling like we have enough time, money, or self-love to do the things we need. We don’t prioritize ourselves because of our own self-doubt and lack of self-worth. Keep scrolling down to find out what 3 self care tips I focus most of my attention on!

#01 Prioritize  Sleeping Early

Want to improve your looks, memory, concentration, energy, and productivity? Want to more easily maintain a healthy weight? Want to strengthen your immune system and live happier, healthier, and longer? TRY GETTING AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS OF REST EACH NIGHT!

How you put yourself to bed and what time you turn off the lights makes a huge impact on how productive you’ll be the following morning, as well as our looks, memory, concentration, energy, and maintaining  healthy weight. I find it repulsive that western society stigmatizes sleep. Glorifying those who can push through an all-nighter and dismissing those who prioritize sleep as lazy or unmotivated.

Humans are not like the owls, or cats, or bats that sleep in the day and are awake at night. We are physiologically programmed to do the opposite. This phenomenon has been understood for thousands of years and was recently validated by modern science.

If your like me and used to be a night owl I literally had to train my brain to sleep early as 8-10pm! After a few weeks I fully became used to it and I’ve been doing this for the past year and a half! Here’s how I was able to do it:

1.Avoid Large Meals Right Before Bedtime. Eat dinner at least 3 hours before sleeping

2.Start prepping yourself for bed in the Early Evening 7-8pm. Keep lights low. Limit exposure to bright light in the evenings. Relax. Worrying about a problem or a long to-do list can be a recipe for insomnia. Well before you turn in, try writing down your worries and make a list of tasks you want to remember. This “worry journal” may help move these distracting thoughts from your mind. Closer to bedtime, try com¬forting rituals that may help lull you to sleep: Listen to soft, calming music, take a warm bath, do some easy stretches or read a book or magazine by soft light.

You can practice saying this self-care affirmation right before you head to bed:

“I deserve to sleep 8 hours each night, because I am worth it!”

#02 Stay Active & Keep moving!

We know that staying active is one of the best ways to keep our bodies healthy. But did you know it can also improve your overall well-being and quality of life?

Here are just a few of the ways physical activity can help you feel better, look better and live better. Because, why not?

Regular physical activity can relieve stress, anxiety, depression and anger. You know that “feel good sensation” you get after doing something physical? Think of it as a happy pill with no side effects! Most people notice they feel better over time as physical activity becomes a regular part of their lives. It keeps you physically fit and able.

Without regular activity, your body slowly loses its strength, stamina and ability to function properly. It’s like the old saying: you don’t stop moving from growing old, you grow old from stopping moving. Exercise increases muscle strength, which in turn increases your ability to do other physical activities.

I dedicate an hour a day to practicing either Yoga (for relaxation, raising my vibration, & aligning my chakra’s) & Pilates (for stretching & maintaining my figure) with my little sister.

For those who don’t know what pilates is I’ll give you a quick summary..

Pilates is a challenging low impact exercise method that balances strength with mobility, aligns the body, fine-tunes movement patterns, and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core. It helps strengthen your core, Posture, reduces mensural pain, eliminates stress, boosts flexibility & agility enhances body awareness.

You can practice saying this self-care affirmation when you choose exercise!

“I deserve keep my body fit, because I am worth it!”

#03 Make a habit of eating healthy

Practicing self-care eating means making thoughtful choices about the foods that you put into your body.

Being mindful of what your putting inside of your body is important! Think about it you were born with this body only. would you want to feed it things that would be detrimental to your health?

If you think about it..without attending to one’s own bodily, emotional, and mental needs, how can that same person attend to anything or anyone else?

The food that you choose should provide energy and the nutrition that you need to manage your weight and stay healthy for the long-term. That includes protein, vitamins, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats.

To practice self-care eating, ask yourself these 6 questions when you are in the grocery store, planning your meals for the week, or sitting down to eat:

  1. Am I eating to fuel my body? Food is energy. If you are choosing food for other reasons, try writing in a food journal to better understand those choices.
  2. Am I including fresh fruits and vegetables? Fruits and vegetables provide important micro-nutrition as well as fibre. Good gut health will lead to a longer life! reduce risk of Colon Cancer.
  3. Am I meeting my hydration goals? 64 oz or 2L of water, each day help you maintain regularity, lubricate joints, avoid headaches, and regulate temperature.
  4.  Am I eating at mealtimes? An eating schedule helps you avoid mindless snacking, impulsive or emotional eating, and helps keep calorie intake in check.
  5. Am I focused on the meal, or distracted by something else? Eat in your eating place. Avoid eating in the car, in front of the TV, or in your relaxing place.

You can practice saying this self-care affirmation when you choose nutritious meals!

“I deserve to eat this healthy food, because I am worth it!”

In Conclusion…

We all need to care for ourselves for different reasons. Whether you have a family, work full time outside of the home, or are studying to become a professional and it’s hard to balance both responsibilities with self-care.

Self-care is an essential part of living a healthy life. If you’re not taking care of yourself, you may not be able to take care of the people who matter most to you.

Taking time for yourself without feeling guilty, isn’t selfish. It’s essential. It may be difficult at first, but it’s worth the effort if you want to feel healthy and be there for the people you love the most.

If making yourself a priority isn’t coming naturally to you yet, don’t give up—it only gets easier with practice. It takes different forms depending on your needs and personality preferences. One self-care routine could involve taking walks outside or listening to music while another might mean reading a good book by candlelight.

So, find what works best and inspires you and make yourself a priority.

“THE HIGH VALUE WOMAN MINDSET…🌸”

“Becoming a high value woman starts from having a high value mindset.”

I would say that the mindset shift is the most crucial step on your femininity & high-value woman journey.  In was the case for me anyway, as I was only able to feel high value when I changed my mindset, do the inner work & and heal all my past traumas.

Surprisingly, most women completely overlook this step and focus entirely on the exterior ( “How to dress feminine” “How do walk feminine” “How to look high-value” “what you should say to a man”, “how you should behave”, “when you should talk and when you should not”). Now yes…learning all these strategies is good. However, these tactical strategies often do not lend them the promised results that they want.

🌸The reality is that those strategies, if not combined with a real mindset shift, cannot be effective and will never work.🌸

Being a high-value woman is 90 % of how you feel about yourself (which is predicted and determined by your mindset aka your inner self) and only  10 % of how you communicate it to the world through your actions, your body language, and how you treat yourself, your appearance (aka your outer-self).

I only speak from experience when I say this! You can have your makeup slayed. Outfits on point, However, if you do not do the required inner work, your confidence, understand the power of your subconscious, and heal from your past traumas from your mind. Or else, you will be stuck in a loop where your inner self does not match your outer self. A common manifestation of that is “imposter syndrome” & “low self-worth.”

This is exactly why i preach to women (espcially young black women) that your mindset is EVERYTHING!

I am not perfect there are things i still need to work on as a feminine woman  in this blog post i will explain some of the tips and  strategies i’ve learned and acquired over time on how to gain the high value woman mindset…

_____________________________________________

(1) You are the primary source of happiness in your life!

High value woman sets herself as her primary source of security and happiness. She is a self-assured, confident woman and she is content with herself. She is in charge of her own happiness and does not rely on her partner to make her happy. She is happy first by herself and she strives to share her joy and happiness with the right partner. You will never see a high value woman demanding from others to make her happy and blaming them for her misery. Because she puts herself first. she is tuned with her needs and is able to fulfill them herself.

How do you develop this mindset..?

By taking charge and responsibility for everything in your life, even for things you are not responsible for!

For example, it may not be your fault to lose your job when the economy is not doing well, but it is your responsibility to find a new one and to avoid jobs that are not too resilient in the future.

(2) You determine your own value! 🌸

If you want to become a high value woman, you need to become the only person who determines your own value. A high value woman does not allow something or someone outside of herself to set and dictate her worth…not her family, nor her friends, nor her partner or even society. A high value woman is absolutely immune to other people’s inputs when it comes to her value.

This is very important to understand.

Most of the time, these opinions depend on people’s emotional state too, their insecurities, and their ego and so are biased and unstable by nature. That is why nobody’s opinion can become the basis of a high value woman’s value. She realizes that people ( including her romantic partner), will always have different opinions about you .

If you think about it deeply, you very rarely receive unbiased opinions and advice that are meant to help you grow and improve yourself. You probably heard stories of amazing women, who looked happy and fulfilled before getting with someone, only to lose all their spark and joy and became so miserable being in a relationship. Often it is because their partner planted the seeds of low value in their minds and they were receptive to it. A high value woman will never allow this to happen.

(3) Abundance, not scarcity mindset 🌸

A high value woman does not see the glass half empty, she always sees it half full. She believes there are enough men out there for her not to be panicking if it does not work out with one of them.

She believes in her ability to always attract good people into her life so she does not need to retain those who want to leave her life.

(4) Complementarity, Not competition mindset 🌸

A high value woman is not looking to compete with a man, but rather to complement him. When a woman tries to compete with her man, she is usually insecure and wants to prove something to herself, to him, and to the world.  Self-assured women don’t need to prove anything.

They are in the relationship to offer something and work as a team. She separates herself and her worth from any external inputs.

In conclusion…

Being a high value woman is 90 % of how you feel about yourself (which is predicted and determined by your mindset aka your inner self) and only 10 % of how you communicate it to the world through your actions, your body language, and how you treat yourself, your apperence (aka your outer-self).

The question is are you ready to change your life for the better? Start now we only got  less than a month left in 2021.

Hi love!

Thank you so much for the kind message!! You’re so sweet 🥰 I have 2 of my favourites books that have changed my life & level up journey for the better.

These books can be found online in a PDF version, available at your local bookstore & for purchase on amazon. I've placed the link of the books directly to amazon so you can check them out yourself

Feminine Lost explores the premise that all human beings are constructed of two energies, one masculine and one feminine. With the rise of the feminist movement, many women have migrated to their masculine side, some to the extent of losing access to their feminine side altogether.

As a consequence, men have found their way to their feminine side. Honestly.. i'm half way through this book and it's been the best investment i've made this whole year! a real eyeopener!

**Feminine Lost breaks through the misunderstanding of what it means to be feminine; it is not an outward appearance but something far more significant.**

I really enjoyed The Goddess Solution. To me it was part fun read, and part self-help. I used to think of a Goddess kind of like a Diva. But after reading this, I understand that a Goddess is more a person who takes charge of their situation. I almost waited for the audio version because I do most of my “reading” in that format.

I am really glad, however, to have the hardcover book. I feel it will be easier to go back and reference when needed. I recommend this book to anyone who can appreciate life’s challenges and is open to improving one’s situation. Or just as a fun read. I really liked the format of presenting each Goddess by category and what can be learned from them. I plan on giving this book as gifts.

Thanks to the author for opening up and sharing her very personal stories, so we can all learn from her experience

Set Aside 6 Months

Set aside 6 months for you. Let me tell ya, focusing and working on yourself is so addictinggg! Cooking yourself nourishing meals, doing things outside of your comfort zone, learning, spending time alone, doing the hobbies you enjoy, finding new hobbies you enjoy, meditating, celebrating your body by moving it in some way daily, taking yourself out on dates, self care, re-parenting yourself, allll of it!

Ever since I embarked on this journey I have grown so much and am so proud of myself! All of my friends are telling me I’m glowing, I’m 1000x more confident, I’m 10x hotter - mentally and physically, I’m setting boundaries and not taking any sh*t, immediately leaving when my needs aren’t being met, let me tell you this journey overall feels so good!!

There are of course times where it doesn’t feel so good because when you elevate, whoo chile let me tell you, the mess comes out. People you thought would be in your life forever leave because you’re vibrating on different frequencies, it gets lonely because you’re setting boundaries and not settling for less, you meet people who bring out darker sides of you in order to heal but trust when I say it is always for your higher good and it is so worth it.

Ladies, the best thing we can do for ourselves is embark on a journey of self care and self love. It will be the best decision you’ve ever made. Set aside at least 6 months for just YOU. Where all you do is focus on yourself and your journey. Whatever that means for you!

Love and being in a relationship is great but if you don’t have a solid foundation within yourself, any connection you try to build will eventually fall because half of the foundation isn’t stable. But don’t do this just for love, do this for you.

The longest relationship we will ever have is with ourselves. The longest home we’ll ever live in is our body.

Dating Yourself First? Let's talk about it...

Before my level-up journey, I devoted too much time to worrying about the opposite sex, other girls, and their lives on social media. Busying myself…I realized, that like any relationship, my relationship with myself would take cultivating and attention. Work and Effort. Thought and Care.

How to Progress in Your Journey When You Feel Stuck

I know how it feels to make vision boards and plans to wake up by 6AM to exercise when you end up getting out of bed at 3PM to stare at walls. This can be due to depression, a loss of motivation, procrastination and tons of other reasons.

Take 1 step at a time. Your circadian clock could wake you up at 7, but you don’t want to sit up. Take a picture of sunlight shining through your window and compare it to what you’re seeing now. We overlook the small details when we feel jaded.

Simplify every detail of your goal. If you want to renew your wardrobe, write “buy 3 dresses I personally like” instead of “Have a Barbie wardrobe”.

Make your schedule work for you. Sure, you can get out of bed at your desired time, but set a nap time 2-3 hours later so you’re happy and your mind is put at ease. Over time, you won’t need the time you set aside.

Work on tasks you have presently. Most likely, your tasks aren’t that bad. It’s difficult to work on elevating yourself when you have schoolwork piling up and the due dates drawing near.

Eat before you do anything. An empty stomach can make starting tasks harder and cause you to ignore them because you don’t have enough energy.

Choose motivation that only inspires you. Choose something that excites you and not the dream girl you follow.

See your life through your eyes. When we have technology and other’s successes in our faces, we might compare it our progress and question why we aren’t making milestones on our goals. Delete YouTube for a few days and put your phone away.

Catch yourself if you’re living through someone else’s eyes. It’s normal to say “Wow, that’s in my dream wardrobe”, “That’s a cool bag”, “I love your house” but if it’s getting to the point where you want their whole life and its trouble, decrease the frequency you see that person’s content.

how to live your life like the BRATZ ♡

I’m so happy more opportunities are coming up! Scholarships are in effect a gift of free cash. Free cash is very popular in every society and nation. So the applicant and recipient of scholarship money has worked very hard and has much to offer our society and is a deserved winner. It is still a free cash gift… GET IT!

Law of Assumption

I am given 20k per month.
I am abundantly + constantly receiving money.
I am financially free.

I’m all here for the girls constantly pulling their mirrors out of their designer bag and checking their gloss, reapplying and pouting. The girls who spend forever in the bathroom staring at themselves, playing with their hair. The girls who love wearing falsies 24/7. All that extraness and vanity. I eat it up.
