Galaxy Express 999 (Ginga Tetsudō Surī Nain) Directed By: Rintaro (1979)
life is just humiliating yourself over and over and learning to live with the inherent shame of being alive !! do what makes you happy !! it is impossible to live life without embarrassment, so why bother trying !!
[looks for you in everything] [finds you there]

— Arabelle Sicardi, from “The Year in Ugliness.”
“the worst they could say is no” true but while they are saying it they very well could hit me with force lightning like palpatine. From star war
- Every single time something has fallen apart in my life, I’ve looked back with gratitude eventually.
- I might spend a whole year crying and sleeping and working a part-time job and that’s okay if it’s what I need.
- Your body will force you to take a break if you don’t listen to it asking for one. I saw this coming 2 years ago and ignored it. Now I’m 2 years older and realize I just prolonged it.
- It’s okay. Really.

something is always happening and there is no pause. i want to vomit
Some of y’all act like basic manners, general human decency, and kindness to others is SO MUCH emotional labor. I don’t like that shit.
God wants to put you on a cake and cut through you
i wish there were more than 24 hours in a day and beverages were $1 and growing up didn’t hurt so much
So sad that very basic gestures and instinctual human responses are now seen by so many as embarrassing. So much humanness is lost within misplaced shame or judgment… Just thinking of the times I’ve cried on the train, dropped food all over myself, snot running down my face and laughing. Life is too short to constrict the psyche to this kind of meaningless restriction tbh at some point you have to free yourself from the ideas that limit capacity to just BE in wholeness, in mess, in glory— and live without how you’re told to live!
maybe later we could hang out and take turns bursting into tears
what if I just decided to live without shame. what then
Hey, don't cry. A single thread in a tapestry, though its color brightly shines, can never see its purpose in the pattern of the grand design, ok?
