Because Altan had told her in that vision that he’d “never been too fond of [her fiancé] either,” and Nezha had been the only friend of Rin’s who Altan had never liked, had been paranoid and suspicious of, had told Rin to stop talking to, and had prevented her from dragging out of the fog.
