Walking: all the support mechanudms are hidden under Belle's dress and she's carrying the prince around by his hand so his legs are free to dangle snd move and dance.

All still super impressive, the faces really get me too because there's no trick to make them so expressive other than engineering and craftsmaship and they even did it well on the horse

for people who are confused in the notes:

the song was called “If U Seek Amy,” and technically that’s what she’s saying. the verses are indeed about her looking for a woman named Amy (who she seems to have a crush on). but most English-speaking listeners could tell the chorus had a different message

people went NUTS. I was 15 and didn’t really listen to the radio, but even I caught wind of the controversy. despite having no actual swearing, the song had a radio edit, If U See Amy. many American stations played the edited version because parents’ groups threatened to file complaints with the Federal Communications Commission if they aired the original song

ok so the da vinci code was a mystery/thriller novel by an author named Dan Brown that came out in 2003 and it fucking blew up, like everyone was reading it and talking about it and it got super popular (and then there was backlash, and then more people spite-reading it because of the backlash, etc.) because the plot of the book involves speculation that jesus and mary magdalene were in a sexual relationship and had a kid together.  it really pissed off the catholic church (shocker!) and so it became kind of a political statement to say you had read or liked the da vinci code. it also became shorthand for anything that had a bunch of obscure and complex secret codes and cryptography, which was the big Thing in the book - they had to find and crack all these secret codes in order to uncover clues about what’s going on.  if u seek amy “dropped the da vinci code on us” by including a message in a secret code (sort of) that you have to decipher (sort of) to understand the Real Meaning

the movie is generally agreed to be pretty terrible, but it also pissed off the Catholic Church, so it got a lot of people spite-watching anyway. it’s also almost 3 hours long, and that’s three hours of your life you’ll never get back.  if you want to spend 3 free hours watching something to piss off the Catholic Church, you could instead watch montero (call me by your name) about 80 times.

had a nightmare they continued the big bang theory without jim parsons by having Sheldon invent a machine that turned him back into the kid from Young Sheldon but it turned into a horror serial where he was hunting down the rest of the cast trying to get them to go in the machine too but none of them wanted to be kids again but he kept outsmarting them when they hid until the climax where Leonard pushed him into the machine and he turned back into a baby who they gave to an orphanage and they were like “it’s finally over….. we’re free” but then they got back to the apartment and Baby Sheldon was sat on the couch and he said bazinga and shot them
