When you accidentally deadlift 4x445lbs, instead of 425, because you incorrectly calculated the weight. It was supposed to be 405, but I was feeling confident. :)

I’m Installed A Water Pressure Control Valve years old today, and I think I’m okay with that.

(Normal pressure is 40-60 psi. Mine was over 100. Pretty sure high pressure killed the water heater. All appliances are now much quieter. :) )

I was lucky to be one of the first people to see The Ghost live, and it’s far prettier than any pics give it credit for. The tiered figure sculpts are amazing as well. Here’s hoping they all fund.

This may have been one of my favorite SDCC’s ever.

-Saw SO MANY friends. It was wonderful seeing all of you, some for the first time in real life. Y’all are incredibly appreciated, and I still feel the love. I love you too. (Not tagging anyone out of respect for privacy.)

-I was amazed at how many people who enjoy my work recognized me. You have no idea how happy that made me.

-It was great going to enjoy the show, and not have to worry about networking or portfolio drops.

Official pics from the sprint triathlon I did a few weeks ago! I can assure you that the smiles were for the camera. :) I can also assure you that if you do a triathlon, don't do one with a mountain bike, and if you do, don't use one where the 1st and 3rd gears don't consistently work. Can be character building.

OFF TO COMICON!!!

JUST DID MY FIRST TRIATHLON

I am exhausted.

It was a Sprint category triathlon. Had my best swim time ever, and first ever real open water swim.

I learned that mountain bikes that only shift in to high and low gears part of the time aren’t the ideal bike for a triathlon. This is particularly challenging when the course is mostly long and steep hills. Biked the whole thing. Character building. 🙂

Didn’t ruin the full extent of the run part, but ran where I could.

Lots more details, but I’m wiped, and still have laundry and house cleaning to do.

I also shaved my head and gave myself a blue back power mullet a month and a half ago. It’ll be blue again for SDCC. 🙂

(I also look amazing in a bodysuit.)
