hihi im here to give some advice on coping with dysphoria!!! personally when i get dysphoric i just turn off the light and lay on my back and close my eyes and convince myself that the ~problem areas~ are fixed!! it only lasts till you need to get up, but its still pretty nice i think. also, i tend to get dysphoric about all of my body at once so i make sure no part of my body is touching another part so that i can actually imagine the right body without my leg or something telling me im wrong.
