can i ask you something? What art program do you use? Also, how do you render and do it so well? Im mostly asking since im trying to learn to render as an artist myself.because i genuinely dont know how to do it easily.
In terms of programs, I have Clip Studio and Krita as my priority. Although my journey in digital started with Photoshop and Sai (in those days, many people especially loved Sai because of color mixing). But I won't get tired of repeating that it's purely a matter of convenience x) I kind of have no rendering at all. If you zoom in, you can only see spots, big and small. That's the whole rendering x)) I don't do lineart (for me it's a torment), so everything is done in spots, where only in some places a line can be used (again as a form of spot)
Like Carol Marine, for example (she has a book by the way)

Hey Tokay-Blog thank you for answering my last question about the wolves mannerisms and learning about the lore you’ve created for their origins. But there is still one thing that is still a mystery. Who raised Death, How did they find out he is one of many other entities, are they ever scared of him, and how do they feel when he enjoys the smell of fear and has blood on his hands when he makes a kill?
I don't think it matters much who raised it. (Though there were thoughts that it was farmers that lived on the outskirts of town). For some reason the parents of the sniper from tf2 come to mind “Not a "crazy gunman", I'm an assassin! The difference bein' one's a job and the other's mental sickness!” x)
But no, the custodians hardly knew who he was (and even Wolf himself didn't know. How?) Perhaps he just left them at some point, deciding it was more interesting in the town (more people-more people who would fall under his hot hand). You could call it his sort of adolescence. In the sense that he was bored, and the world around him had to dispel that boredom without much thought to how it would affect the others (But without crossing the line of “law”). Also maybe his instinct for population control kicked in, who knows x)
But I suspect there were other ways to blow off steam in the same taverns and bordellos besides legal work as an executioner or killing for money (which was hinted at in the festival sketch series)
I had a mind to show Wolf returning with the She-Wolf to his home where he grew up, but I didn't get around to it.

Hey Tokay-Blog Loved your post today. Based on the context of this post where death is where a nice shirt I take it they are on a date. But one thing I notice is that they both embody 2 Ways of being humanoid. Death is acting more like a human while Life is acting more wolf in their mannerisms why is that?
He-he-heh, they're not on a date (¬‿¬ ) Wolf is wearing a shirt because that's his normal clothing (taken from the official concept art at the same time). While he was walking around "in public" so to speak, he could dress more decently. And then it all went to a closed cloak and pants, and already limited to just that.
About behavior. It was mentioned in comic that Wolf was raised by humans, and in fact he is. He does consider himself more human than wolf, and this has affected his mannerisms and behavior among other things. She-wolf, on the other hand, grew up into a pack of wolves and lived relatively peacefully with them until circumstances drew her to a human settlement. And since she is also a humanoid, she began to repeat human manners and try to be "part of the crowd", but her inexperience, wildness and naivety quickly gave her away in front of the Wolf, who at first saw the She-Wolf as an object to have fun with.
The story of their relationship is based on patience (well, or nerves) and a fair amount of time, but in the last comic itself specifically, there's already a interval where Wolf has volunteered to teach She-Wolf manners. Including table manners. One can only guess how many times they both regretted getting involved with each other x)
If it were up to me, I would have paused more between the last lines, but in this format, the pauses don't make much sense x)

About programs and brushes, it's all in this post About brushes, of course, could be described in more detail, but I don't see much point in it. I just use those tools that are convenient x)
The same can be said about programs, though. I work with Clip Studio and Krita because SAI, Gimp, photoshop, MyPaint, etc. seemed inconvenient for one reason or another

I think I figured out why he has two pairs of eyes. To see under the brim of his hat when he tilts his head x)
I'm somehow sure that Zestial would have rather perceived Velvette's actions more with indifference and silent dislike. Even her attempts to scare him didn't give him any reaction (although in the series he reacted for some reason). Zestial's a grandfather who's a many centuries old. Why should he be surprised by a little booger? x)
No idea who the birds were, but I found them more interesting than the weird blue light fixture x) And I think if these birds were at the meeting, they'd still be sitting next to the dinosaur, as they were more or less close in height to her(I guess). And the shorter overlords would already be sitting closer to Carmilla so she could see them x)
