if holidays are hard for you because of bad memories, you’re not alone.

if holidays are hard for you because you’re lonely, you’re not alone.

if holidays are hard for you because you’re depressed, you’re not alone.

if holidays are hard for you because you have an eating disorder, you’re not alone.

holidays are tough. especially because the idea is to be close and spend time with family and loved ones, and some of us don’t have that kind of privilege. for some, the holidays remind us of terrible times rather than good ones. not everyone around you can have a happy holiday.

just know that you are NOT alone.

you are loved and cared for. you belong.

merry christmas to everyone who didn’t get presents today because their family couldn’t afford it and merry christmas to everyone who couldn’t make it home for the holidays and merry christmas to everyone spending it alone i want you all to know that i hope you all have a great great end of the year and i love you all and even if your holidays weren’t how you pictured them i hope you still have a good rest of the holidays and year
