Robin Jason: Before I beat the snot out of you, have you at least considered not being a greasy creep working for a psycho creep?
Goon: Yes. But McDonald's won't hire me back.
Jason: There's a nice bakery down the road that needs a delivery driver. You wanna see if they'll hire you?
Goon: Sounds great! Bye kid! Watch out for that last step into the lair. It's a doozy
Bruce:..
Jason: He seems nice
Jason, carrying a notebook with available job offers and a copy of a CV/resume on hand in case he can avoid punching people XD
Mook: I'll get your head, Red Hood!!
Jason, hand out of a pocket: How about getting this $50 Starbucks gift card?
Nightwing: ...
Mook: ...you have Barns and Noble one?
Jason: Sure do my dude.
Being a goon generally isn’t a very stable career and most people don’t last long. But you *Cannot* convince me that there aren’t a few people in Crime Alley who Jason helped as Robin, who now see Red Hood. Who see a different shape of the same kindness, who either realise that this is the same person, or who think Red Hood was someone in the same position as them. What if half of Crime Alley became convinced that Red Hood was the last person Robin 2 saved, and that this is why RH is doing what he does. To do right by his saviour’s legacy, in his own (kinda fucked up) way.
