“Prosperous and Efficient” Spell Sachet

This spell is for an easy work day that gets you a lotta that dough. Generally good for tipped workers (waitresses, bartenders, baristas, delivery drivers, etc.) that get paid exponentially by how many customers you have and how well they tip. But sometimes things can get a little crazy while you’re making that money! This spell is to ask the Universe to create a steady flow of well-tipping customers while keeping things as calm as possible.

Last Monday, I used it for my fiance and I because we’re both restaurant workers at the same place and he’s in the kitchen. Our place offered a huge deal on our most popular dish every Monday and we’d been having chaotic Monday nights, two hour waits, etc.

This spell effectively kept everything under control and flowing smoothly! Usually I dismantle my spell sachets to re-use ingredients but I kept this guy around!

💰 Gather: a sachet, rose quartz (keep crazy customers sweet), black tourmaline (protection during busy days), clear quartz (magnification of your intent), pine needles (to get that money), pine cone (for a bountiful day or night at work), sage (protection), bay leaf (I associate bay leaves with wishes and money), and Himalayan pink salt (protection).

💰 Place each item in while silently thanking it for it’s protection and prosperity it brings.

💰 Keep it hidden in your car, purse, or somewhere secret at your place of business. The closer it is to where you work, the better.

Motivation Powder

½ part Lemon Balm (dried and crushed)

1 part Ginseng

1 part Ground Coffee

½ part Orange Peel (dried and crushed)

1 part Mint (dried and crushed)

½ part Rosemary (dried and crushed)

The mixture should be strong smelling. To use you can 1. leave in an open jar near you as you work 2. dust mixture over an oiled, orange candle carved with your name 3. dust your fingers and hands in the powder before beginning work. 

"New Job" Prosperity Bowl

I find a job that is delightful, fulfilling, and financially stable. The hours allow me to continue focusing on my education, and I am able to have time for my health, family, and friends. It propels me forward in my career, and I am happy. This job arrives speedily.

Ingredients:

Herbs:

A sprig of peppermint

Basil

Coffee beans or ground coffee

A dried orange slice

A stick of cinnamon

One bay leaf

Crystals:

Tigers eye

Aventurine

Pyrite

Citrine

Optional clear quartz

Other:

A yellow candle

A bowl

A dollar bill

Instructions:

Cleanse everything first. Then light the candle. Lay your herb ingredients (minus the coffee) into the bowl as a sort of bed/foundation, with the orange slice in the center.

On the dollar bill, write the paragraph I have below the picture above, or write the specifics of what you're looking for in the new job. Do not write what you are NOT wanting. On the bay leaf, write a simplified version of this- just straight up one to three words of what you want. Wrap the dollar around the bay leaf, using wax from the candle to hold the fold down in place. Lay it over the orange slice in the bowl.

Place your five coins in a pentagram around the dollar bill in the bowl.

Sprinkle the coffee over everything in the bowl.

I have smaller crystals inside of the bowl, and bigger crystals outside charging it. But you can lay the crystals out in a grid around the bowl and later put those crystals inside the bowl.

Maintenance: "feed" this spell when you feel it is needed, such as after/before an interview or when searching for jobs to apply to. You can feed it by adding more ingredients, recharging it in a crystal grid, holding it while meditating on your intent, relighting the candle, etc.

Directions:

First Method: Burn ingredients together in a fire-safe container like a cauldron or cast-iron cooking skillet/pot. Light a green or gold candle to go with it and repeat incantation.

Second Method: Consecrate the ingredients with incense or herb smoke (feel free to pass job applications through the smoke as well.) Picture your intentions and then combine the ingredients in a vial with olive oil. Repeat incantation if you’d like.

Wear oil to job interviews or other business endeavors if you’d like! Let the candles burn out if you use them, and feel free to do other workings as well. This spell would work best during the waxing and/or full moon.

I researched about familiars today, after re-reading the post I reblogged about them. I looked for a tarot spread to help me find my familiar, but I didn’t find any (if you know one, feel free to share it in the comments) so I made my own !

And I made a sigil too. Because I love sigils. (Same, if you know other sigils with a similar effect, don’t be shy !)

Precision about the tarot spread : The first question might also be “Am I ready / what do I need to be ready [to find a familiar] ?”

I need to do this so that I can find guidance again. My cat familiar had health complications and left for that reason. Because she had to. She’s been giving me signs lately that it’s time for that guidance again, so I think this spread can help with that.
