Since you admit you CHOOSE what you post then you TACITLY called your customers names by choosing a nasty post from an ignorant troll and remaining silent in response to it. That's contempt for your customers just because they disagree with a business decision you made - not to mention a particularly cowardly method to show contempt. Thanks for proving my point for me. Is that compatible with Disney's hospitality model? I think not.
Son, you’re on the Internet. Look around. there are something like 30,000 questions I’ve answered between this Tumblr and Formspring. At this point, if you’re coming to me, here, where I am, you should know the score. I am not here to agree with you, I am not here to kowtow to you, I am not here to be your bitch. I’m here to answer questions. I choose what I answer. I giver greater priority to questions that come from an account that posts a name. And I always shoot straight.
If you don’t like that, if you feel mistreated, if you want somebody to console you as you cry about how unfair this universe is to you because a piece of entertainment that you like has changed into something that you don’t like—this is not the place for you.
I have respect for my customers and for Marvel’s fans, but that doesn’t mean that I’m going to bend over for abuse. I take the questions here in the spirit in which they are offered. If you come here with an axe to grind, if you come looking for a fight, well, you know what’s going to happen. Either you’ll get one, or if you’re really abusive, I’ll simply delete your questions outright.
At the moment, there is one person who is trolling this board, and it is you. You’re completely bent out of shape about the “zombies” and “sills” and “trolls” who don’t agree with you, and you’ve had far more air time here than anybody else. I never figured you for a drama queen; but I swear I could almost see you petulantly throwing your purse over your shoulder, turning on your heel, and leaving out the door in a huff - slamming it behind you in righteous indignation. Playing the victim? Really? That doesn't work with me; and frankly I expected better of you. And you still didn't address the issue. You just unsuccessfully tried to distract from the issue by playing the brave and long-suffering aggrieved party; and counting on all these zombies to stand up and applaud like a reality show audience which they dutifully and brainlessly did. Actions speak louder than words Tommy-boy and your action was to let a troll - yes a troll - do your fighting for you while you stood silent and let him say what you wanted to say but lacked the courage to say yourself. Nobody is coming to you for consolation - least of all me. I am expressing my distaste for and disagreement with your point-of-view on an issue. And though you'd like to imply I'm the only one sending you messages about this issue, that is far from the case. There are many others. And I don't care whether your audience agrees with me or not. I've already told most of them where they can go and what they can do when they get there. Call me a troll or whatever else you like. Sticks and stones. Use me as your excuse not to address anybody expressing their distaste for NINO if you like; but know that it's just that - an excuse to dodge the issue and a particularly cowardly one at that. You don't always get the last word Tommy-boy - not even on your bully pulpit. And you're not the aggrieved party. You perpetrate plenty with your mockery and condescension - so you deserve what you get in return.
