Why don't you grow a pair and address your critics yourself rather than use a rant from a troll to say the things to your customers you apparently want to say but are too cowardly to say yourself? If you want to call paying customers "old douchebags" at least have the courage to say it yourself. And I bet you aren't brave enough to post this criticism either. Pathetic. Try talking to the fans rather than mocking/denigrating them and maybe you'll get a better response.

You signed this one, so I’ll publish it. But I print what I get, and what I choose to post. After a few days of all-Sam-bashing all the time, it only seemed right to give the other side a voice. Terribly sorry to spoil the delusion that everybody was like-minded and behind you in solidarity on this issue.

Since you admit you CHOOSE what you post then you TACITLY called your customers names by choosing a nasty post from an ignorant troll and remaining silent in response to it. That's contempt for your customers just because they disagree with a business decision you made - not to mention a particularly cowardly method to show contempt. Thanks for proving my point for me. Is that compatible with Disney's hospitality model? I think not. And I never said EVERYBODY was like-minded. I've referred repeatedly to zombies and shills after all.
