Please Help A Homeless Queer Disabled Person Replace Necessities?

I've been so busy trying to feed my family and pay our storage unit that I've been unable to save to get a new phone to replace my one that won't charge or to get glasses to replace the pair that broke during my mom's 50th class reunion. I really need both of these things to function. It's going to be $200 or so to replace both (I also need to get a pair of prescription sunglasses so I'm taking advantage of two-for-one sales at online retailers, and I'm going to get a phone from Walmart since I just got the type of SIM card my phone needs from my last phone replacement). Anything towards that would be a huge help.
