guys, I need your help. I came across this page on instagram of a 10 month old baby in need. Maria has Hemophagocytic Lympho Histiocytosis, or HLH, which is a rare inherited disease of the immune system which can eventually lead to brain damage. She is currently being treated in Lotus Hospital, Hyderabad. She needs to have her bone marrow transplanted, which can cost INR 40 lakhs, or $60,000 USD. On January 4th, Maria’s mother must pay $30,000 to $40,000. Time is running out, and Maria’s mother still does not have the funds to pay for her treatment.
