So when you look closely at the pictures where it isn't draped across his shoulders you'll notice that what's looks like a scarf at first glance is actually attached to the neckline of his shirt.
What Dream is wearing is a silk blouse with a very long shawl-like collar that can be arranged in different styles. 👀

Hob freezes as Morpheus drags the pad of his thumb beneath Hob's lower lip once, twice, impossibly carefully. In the middle of the third pass he stops, presses in, and rolls his thumb, forcing Hob's lips to part. This is madness. It cannot truly be happening. Never has someone touched Hob with such care, as if he is a precious thing, something requiring, nay deserving, of gentleness.
