Castiel is sent to the rescue, but the longer they spend in there the more their memories of the real world will wane until they too will fade away and die. They must survive the dangers of the school and conquer their fears, for how else are curses in fairy tales broken?

Commission for Gemwrites who requested a realism painting of Castiel with wiiiiiiiiiinnnnnngggggsssss.
Wow, such a beautiful painting - for me it's all about the eyes. They're so liquid-looking, like he's on the verge of tears. Eyes that point to the left at also meant to signify honesty, or indicate remembering something.
This goes so well with an equally beautiful short story my friend Dizzo wrote for me earlier today, called 'The Righteous Man' told from Castiel's PoV.
There’s a dump, six miles from that trash can. Collected, it sat underneath papers. An apple core. Ripped receipts. The janitor took it away and tied the trashbag. The trashbag was thrown into a dumpster. Garbage men emptied that into their truck.
It’ll rust now. The leather will wither. The bronze will fade like faith, like trust, like a promise in a church that is all too quickly forgotten.
It was worthless to Castiel. Dean doesn’t think about it.
