This arc’s been long in the making. Ive posted abt it before but heres…something that details it a bit more ig??
This takes place during the postgame of Forgotten Lands. Hearing that the Popstar Four got sucked into a new dimension, Mags (and Marx) follow them in in some attempt to rescue or help them. Marx thinks the Four could handle it all on their own, but Mags is insistent…probably because he wants to prove to them further that hes worthy of a chance at friendship (and/or forgiveness).
However, the two land someplace far from everyone else. And as they sought out their Allies, a freed Forgo senses them on their turf…
…And abandons their previous plan to make Leongar their vessel, to possess Mags instead.
They did this half out of rage towards the captain of a ship that the Humans clearly helped made, and half because of the incredible base power Mags possesses. Conquest would be easy with Halcandran power! And is that the Master Crown sitting on his head?
Hed make a perfect vessel. Now, if only he’d sleep and dream long enough for them to completely take over his mind…
Then comes the plan to give him dreams where his greatest desires are fulfilled. If he likes the dreams enough, hed want to return to them, over and over. Abandoning the waking world for this personal paradise. Forgo delves deep into his mind… finds that he desires not conquest, but friendship. And its a very, very strong desire…its almost pitiful.
That should be a dream thats easy to weave. Especially for someone as desperate as Mags is.
