another scene for this time travel au found its way into my brain 

so future!bellarke has been in the dropship camp for a few days now and one afternoon future!clarke was helping a few of the younger kids out with something when she suddenly bumped into finn (who she’s been avoiding), causing him to drop whatever he was carrying and she helps him pick the things up and after an “i’m sorry” and “don’t worry about it” finn smiles and tells her “thanks princess” and that pretty much triggers clarke and suddenly she’s thrown back to that cold, terrible night with the grounders screaming for blood and the sky people silent in fear and raven begging her to kill lexa and oh god she had to kill finn for the sake of their people, for the sake of the much needed truce to get the rest of the 100 out of mount weather, and clarke shudders, wheezes, and falls to her knees and stares at her hands that were once covered with finn’s blood and even though she’s taken the time to come to terms with every thing that she’s had to do there are still moments where it becomes unbearable and so here she is slowly breaking down and finn is like “o_o what is happening” and tells one of the kids to go get future!bellamy and a minute later he comes (followed by wells, octavia, and past!bellamy and past!clarke once they heard about what happened) and he immediately goes to clarke and comforts her and he hears her mumbling stuff like “it had to be done” and “i’m sorry, finn. i’m so sorry” and “for our people” and he asks finn what exactly he said to her and he reiterates the moment but bellamy is like “no, what exactly did you say to her” and when he hears the “thanks princess” he goes “shit” (because of course clarke told him about that) and he continues to comfort her, reminding her of their situation and that everything was okay and in the past and other stuff and the onlookers are like “o_o” and are talking amongst themselves and listening to them and boom after clarke says something like “his blood is still on my hands. lexa made finn’s death worthless” or something (idk just roll with it) the delinquents realize that clarke killed finn for some reason and they’re even more “o_o” with finn going “O__O!” and while this is all happening, naturally there’s past!bellarke’s reactions to future!bellarke’s seemingly close relationship ohohoho yes give me all of this

WHY CAN’T YOU JUST LET THEM BE HAPPY FOR ONCE?!!? NoOoOoO THEY HAVE TO JUST RELIVE THE PAIN OVER AND OVER.

No, but really, past!Bellamy helping past!Clarke come to terms with the fact that she becomes the kind of person who would murder her friend for the sake of a treaty and sure they don’t know all the details, but obviously she killed him why would she do that, how could future!Bellamy stand to be around someone so cold hearted and terrible. And past!Bellarke doesn’t even know all the details about Mount Weather. Ha, suckers.

*cackles evilly into the night*

dude this scene could totally go the other way too. like, bellamy could accidentally get sprayed with water (some kid dropped a bucket of water and bam) and he’s taken back to his time in mount weather and the things the mountain men did to him and it’s clarke that has to comfort him

Nope, if anyone is to blame here it’s you. It’s nearly 3am and I can’t stop thinking about this. You are the worst.

I strongly stand by my thoughts of Bellamy as Ed, because of the sibling bond and the ridiculously nerdy amounts of research, and Clarke as Winry, fiercely independent badass. But, like, how Winry gives Ed her earrings to avoid getting frostbite, somehow translating to Clarke giving Bell her watch for whaaaatever reason.

But Dante Wallace as Wrath and Cage Wallace as Pride, whaaaaaaat? Anya as either Izumi or Olivier Armstrong for obvious pure badassery reasons. The crazy huge gorilla in the woods is a chimera, of course.

Okay. I don’t know what this is. But it’s all Monika’s fault and everyone should go read her AU ideas that get weirdly stuck in your head and never go away. This particular drabble, or whatever it is, is based on this au here. I’d recommend reading that first because otherwise this all will make less sense than it already does.

Earth, it would seem, was always full of surprises. Every time they felt safe, someone would get speared through the chest or a bright yellow, toxic fog would appear. Meeting herself from the future, though, was almost too much to handle.

The other, older Clarke was something to be reckoned with. She was always tense, unless she was talking to the other Bellamy or to Wells. Her eyes would seem softer, and somehow sadder, in those moments, as if she was looking at something she loved and wanted, but knew she could never have. Even though she had explained that she was only about four months older than the real Clarke, as she and the other delinquents had started to refer to her, it looked as if the world had placed it’s weight on the other girl’s shoulders.

my brain wants a semi-canon compliant bellarke time travel thing where it’s post s2 and clarke is running through the woods away from a couple of drones that A.L.I.E. sent and they’re shooting lasers at her and she manages to momentarily hide from them when she hears rustling behind her and she quickly turns around to see bellamy and they both are frozen in shock and the drones take this moment of unawareness to shoot them both, but the lasers don’t shoot them. oh no. they’re time travel beams (just roll with it. who knows what kind of shit A.L.I.E. came up with) and the drones zapped them to an earlier time.

adding to this, i want a scene where future!bellamy is pretty injured and is resting in the med bay and when he comes to he sees clarke organizing stuff at a nearby table and he attempts to call out to her but all that comes out is a groan, which has her rushing to his side, sitting him up, and checking his bandages and stuff and when she looks at his face she sees a soft, warm, caring gaze directed towards her and he murmurs “it’s been a long while since i’ve seen you like this” and clarke unwillingly feels all fuzzy inside yet shocked because she’s never seen bellamy look like that at anyone other than octavia because boom she’s actually past!clarke and she awkwardly says “uh, i’m not- i’m not your clarke” and bellamy only has a second to process what she said before future!clarke comes in, sees that bellamy is up, and rushes to his side and does her own check up on him while calling him an idiot for getting hurt and they proceed to have their friendly bantering/bickering and past!clarke is off to the side observing them and she wonders how the hell she and that asshole turn into the two before her

bahahahaha YES. I’m 100% convinced at this point the writers just added in A.L.I.E.’s character so you had a canon compliant way to make your au’s happen.

No, but really, canon!Bellarke becomes slightly obsessed with campaigning against nuclear warfare because they know the outcome of all the radiation. Everyone else is pretty confused as to where this all comes from, but they roll with it. (They also don’t quite get how the two of them went from grudgingly getting along at constant social gatherings to intense silent conversations and light, subconscious touches on the arm like all-the-time.) (Also what’s up with Clarke’s sudden icy attitude toward Lexa? Yeah, they broke up, but it was a mutual decision after a brief but intense affair. Stop acting like she killed your cat, Clarke.) (Because, yes, modernau!Clarke has a cat. A sleek, black cat that reminds canon!Bellarke so much of the panther that nearly killed Bellamy during their first week on the ground.)

YES. A.L.I.E. is like my gateway to all canon compliant bellarke time travel AUs and there’s nothing anyone can do about it :P

omg bellarke campaigning against nuclear warfare??? i didn’t even think about it! that sounds awesome :D and maybe they see that A.L.I.E. is behind pushing nuclear warfare and they attend a press conference about it and she locks eyes with them and there’s a glint of recognition and bellarke is like ‘oh hell no shit is going down’ and they devise a way to break into her facility to get the tech to transport them back to their ow time, and in the meanwhile they adjust to the pre-apocalypse world and omg is that real ice cream and wow an actual running shower where you’re not time restricted because of rations and woah clarke your pet cat is awesome etc etc

i had this random fic idea where, for some plausible-sounding reason, clarke awakens with a jolt and finds herself back on the ark some time before her dad gets floated and she has all her memories of when she was on the ground (they were in the middle of taking down mt weather) and she’s so confused as to what happened and immediately seeks out bellamy and when she finds him he appears to have no recollection of their time on the ground and thinks she’s just a crazy kid of one of the council members, but then she brings up octavia and he’s frozen with fear because ‘no one is supposed to know about her how does she know??’ and it turns into this whole thing where clarke recounts everything about the ground to him and for some reason he believes her and joins her in her plan to get more people in their group, whoever from the 100 they could find, and take control of the ark so they can get everyone to the ground

adding on to this, maybe the other 100 slowly somehow get their memories of the ground too. like, the next person would be octavia (she wakes up but keeps her eyes closed, momentarily unfamiliar with her surroundings, and reaches for a possible weapon which she quickly places against bellamy’s neck when he tries to wake her) and the change between her ark!self and ground!self is notable and bellamy can’t believe that this person before him is actually his sister and she’ll tell him about the ground and how everything was vibrating with life and how each day was a constant reminder that you were alive and she and clarke will hold meetings about how to take over the ark and bellamy is in awe of these two women because they evidently are the embodiment of strength and power and he wishes that he too could remember the ground (which he eventually does, but he’s one of the last ones to regain his memories)

i started thinking about this fic idea again and omg what if it happened after the s2 finale and clarke has been out on her own for a few weeks when, once again for some plausible-sounding reason, she wakes up on the ark and is confused about what happened because it seems like no one has any recollection about the ground. she walks around the ark trying to come to terms with the fact that her father and wells are still alive when she spots a familiar face in the crowd and goes still with shock because it’s bellamy and almost on cue he turns towards her and their eyes lock and his face morphs into one of surprise and shock as well and somehow she knows that this is her bellamy and before she realizes what she’s doing clarke rushes towards him and envelopes him in a tight hug and he wraps his arms around her with no hesitation and she can’t help but cry because she wasn’t going crazy and it’s been so long since she’s seen him. wells is also in the same area and sees this unfolding before him and is confused because, as far he knows, clarke has never met bellamy yet they seem to know each other intimately. going back to bellarke, after their reunion they find a private place to talk about what the hell is going on.

another idea i had is that it’s octavia that wakes up with a jolt and being the badass that she is, she manages to force her way out of the floor and startles bellamy, who had just ushered a guard out of their room just a minute before. recognizing that she is back on the ark she thinks that it is not possible and that this is all some sick dream and she that she needs to wake herself up so she starts to break apart whatever she can to fashion a weapon to stab herself with or something and bellamy is all “what the fuck are you doing o??” because she’s going on about someone named lincoln and a camp and some impending nuclear missile (in reference to the crazy hologram lady not mt weather) and how bellamy wasn’t her bellamy. unable to calm her down bellamy is forced to use his guard training to subdue her but octavia puts up one hell of a fight until he knocks her out by luck. the second time octavia wakes up she finds herself restrained and a scared bellamy looking at her. this time she comes to terms with the fact that this crazy situation is real and tells bellamy to bring clarke griffin. he’s confused because octavia doesn’t know anyone on the ark but the octavia that’s before him isn’t one he’s familiar with (she’s stronger, harder, fiercer) and almost refuses but octavia tells him that clarke won’t tell anyone about them. trust her. and so he goes and finds this clarke, and their encounter is a surprising one because he is bombarded by a fierce hug from this stranger (”oh my god bellamy”) and she asks about octavia and bellamy tells her that octavia asked for her and because of the weirdness of everything that’s happened he starts to ramble about how weird o was being and that clarke seems to know him too which is weird because he’s never talked to her in his entire life before and that’s when clarke realizes that bellamy isn’t the one she knows. he takes her back to his room where octavia is and there’s a reunion there and they discuss what’s going on while bellamy is clueless as to what is going on and for some reason octavia and clarke start arguing and octavia brings up tondc and mt weather again and clarke practically screams “i let the missile hit to protect bellamy! bellamy and i radiated level 5 to protect you and our friends! everything we did was for the sake of everyone else!” and stuff. or not. i just want an argument like that in front of bellamy.

and yeah. this is the kind of stuff i think about when trying to sleep haha (what do you think mostlypoptarts goldenheadfreckledheart fandom-fiend hooksandheroics ??)

ooh maybe this can be made possible by A.L.I.E. sticking them in some virtual reality type thing where they think they’re in the past because she’s using their neurological data or something to create the world and when someone wakes up on the ark they’re actual stuck in a pod hooked up to stuff and it’s a race against time before A.L.I.E. sets off another nuclear bomb

captain crane au: ichabod & killian are sent to the future by a magical mishap and are flabbergasted by what they see (based on [x])

Ichabod and Killian couldn’t have been wandering about their new surroundings for more than ten minutes before they two came across a sight they could barely comprehend.

A woman. She seemed to be encased in a sort of mechanical bubble that served the same purpose as the other modern forms of transportation that Swan and the Lieutenant showed them. 

The two men, centuries out of their time, stood in shock, side by side, unable to verbalize the ridiculousness of the situation. They merely observed the bubble hover down the road until it turned right and disappeared from their sight.

“As if the 21st century wasn’t bizarre already,” Ichabod managed to mutter, his eyes now slowly trailing over the trees that seem to be growing starlight.

Killian nodded in agreement and sighed. “This entire realm is bizarre.”

And with that, the two began their journey onto finding a way back to their time stream, and while it wasn’t exactly what they were used to, it was home. 

this is a little drabble made based on a  time travel canon compliant au headcanon i have. it’s highly suggested that you read the headcanon first or otherwise this entire bit won’t make sense at all.

Bellamy stood in front of the door, raised his hand poised to knock and hesitated. He could feel his chest tighten with anxiety. What was he even doing here anyways? Everyone else he bumped into either didn’t know who he was or just knew of him. Why would this be any different?
