﹥*:ꔫ:*+゚procrastination, begone!﹥*:ꔫ:*+゚

  1. identify your triggers

what causes you to procrastinate? is it fear of failure, perfectionism, boredom, or overwhelm? recognize your triggers so you can address them head-on.

2. break it down

big tasks can feel overwhelming, leading to procrastination. break them down into smaller, manageable steps and tackle them one at a time. progress, no matter how small, is still progress!

3. set clear goals

define specific, achievable goals for yourself and set deadlines. having a clear target to work towards will keep you focused and motivated.

4. create a game plan

plan your day ahead of time and schedule dedicated blocks for tasks. set realistic timelines and hold yourself accountable to them.

5. eliminate distractions

identify distractions in your environment and take steps to minimize them. whether it's turning off notifications, finding a quiet workspace, or using website blockers, create a conducive environment for productivity.

6. use the pomodoro technique

break your work into intervals, typically 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5 minute break. this technique can help increase focus and productivity while preventing burnout. (this really helps me personally!)

7. practice self-compassion

be kind to yourself when you slip up. we're all human, and occasional bouts of procrastination are normal. instead of dwelling on past procrastination, focus on what you can do right now to move forward.

8. find accountability

share your goals with a friend, family member, or coworker who can help keep you accountable. having someone to check in with can provide an extra boost of motivation.

9. reward yourself

celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. treat yourself to something you enjoy after completing a task or reaching a milestone. positive reinforcement can help reinforce productive habits.

𓏲˳˚⊹ 🧸 become obsessed with yourself.

you are stupid. i said it. there. you are stupid.

let me get this straight. you are out here listening to these people who make you insecure. you are listening and actually giving a shit about people who put you down, make you feel unworthy, inferior, less of the absolute goddess that you are. you people please, you go above and beyond to help people & change yourself for people who would never do the same and for what. for people to like you? honey nobodys gonna like you. you dont even like yourself.

listen ml you need to get your priorities straight. sit down for a sec. like. just sit and genuinely ask yourself "what do i get out of this? how does this serve me?". go on, ask yourself. all these people who constantly think theyre better than you, that they can walk all over you, the ones that dont care a bit for you with their actions even if their words say otherwise, all these habits that only make you feel more low, more insecure, and dont align with where you wanna go in any way, shape or form. honey how in the hell does any of this serve you ???😭😭

i am sick to death of seeing the word selfish everywhere the moment somebody steps up and is brave enough to try and better themselves. the amount of times ive gotten "youre so selfish" or "youve changed" or "you werent like this before" jst because i got out of the most severe depression of my life where i came close to being unalive so many times is riDICULOUS and just shows how normalised insecurity and people pleasing is nowadays.

you see, people are always trying to follow the trend, follow the leader, follow everyone else nowadays. nobody actually honours what they want & that is a reflection of their own insecurity and traumas and emotions they are too scared to face. do you really want that for yourself? youve got such big dreams, such big potential, but what on earth do you do to fulfill them?

i dont think you realise just how limitless you actually are. you can do anything. we are all born the same. its only those with the courage to get up and try who will reach what they want and achieve greater things.

GET OBSESSED WITH YOURSELF. i am so DRAINED and TIRED of caring about what people think. i like something? im gonna do it. i dont care. fuck people pleasing. what are they gonna do when youre rich and famous and successful and thriving? YOU ARE THE ONLY VALIDATION YOU NEED. life is so much easier when you genuinely could not care less, like you just dont give a single shit. you are the only person who knows you inside out and will be there with you 24/7 365. it infuriates me how self hatred is so normalised nowadays. like what the actual fuck, why would you wanna spend your entire life hating the only person whos gonna be with you every second without fail, when you are perfectly capable of reversing that???? its ridiculous.

get up. get obsessed with yourself. the only validation you should be chasing is your own. pull yourself together girl. this is ridiculous. you are so much more than this. start acting like it. be ur own biggest fan. be ur own bestest friend. everything you need is already within you. u got this. 💕

As a top tier woman 3 things matter:

Your education.

Your beauty.

Your character.

Being an educated, scholarly woman is so vital. Whether you strived for it as soon as you were able to or you’re still getting it now, having an education either self-taught or through a professional practice not only is important but it increases your self worth and how others view you. It is NEVER TOO LATE to learn, to grow and to enhance yourself when it comes to becoming better and having the skills needed for your career, your life and your embetterment. Find your passion, your art, your focus and start becoming the most elite version of what that is! The more you know, the more you will grow.

Holding yourself to your personal beauty standards is so important. And when I mention “beauty standards” I mean what makes YOU, YOU. Your idea of what beautiful is, your way of expressing yourself through skincare, clothing, makeup and hair is very important because it allows you to identify yourself and to also feel worthy of who you are. Looking good is just as important as feeling good. And that starts with taking care of yourself inside and out. Having a specific routine, developing your “main character” look and staging your taste is sooo important. How you look on the outside reflects the inside! Carry yourself like you were made to be shown off, always.

Above all, a woman’s character is the most important. Who you are, what your morals are, how you present yourself to the world and obviously to yourself are what matters. What you believe in and how you act is the staple statement of perspective and what you can gain and accomplish in this world. Aside from vanity, learn what makes you YOU. Fight for the right causes, be the person you desire to meet, become the woman you dream of and believe in by taking action that leads to HER. Stand for what you feel is right, help others in the time of need, be vocal about your rights and choose to add to the world with what you know to be true! Keep a great character, move with undeniable integrity and respect YOURSELF. You teach people how to treat you and that starts with how you treat yourself.
