They stopped doing these because they were John Lasseter’s idea and were a trademark of his during his tenure at Pixar. Soooo...it’s kinda got bad juju attached to it. After Lasseter resigned from Disney, the producers and animators decided to retire the bit indefinitely.
Incidentally, there’s one joke from the blooper reel at the end of Toy Story 2 which involves Stinky Pete flirting with two Barbie dolls before telling them “you know, I could maybe get you a part in ‘Toy Story 3’...” which, needless to say, has aged so UNBELIEVABLY poorly that they actually cut this joke out in the most recent re-release of the film on Blu-Ray/digital.
(Also, gotta love the irony that the whole running joke was nixed due to ties with a serial sexual harasser...and yet the one clip the OP uses of ALL the Pixar bloopers is the one with Kevin Spacey 😂)
