Hi I procrastinated a lot today!

Went to the beach. Found some rocks and shells. Also found a smile that I’ve been needing.

I've been trying to grow my hair out but it feels like it's reached its limit. I'm gonna start taking biotin to try and push it further. This may result in me turning into a werewolf but that's a risk I'm willing to take.

Here's a pic before I've taken any biotin.

2 and a half months on biotin and I don't know if it's turning me werewolf mode or even growing my hair out but it seems to have helped my beard grow more
