We’ve used minimalistic design and subtle animations to create this big impact theme for musicians and bands. It includes a host of customisable options and integrates with as many online music services as you can shake a drumstick at. band-theme.tumblr.com/
We work hard to keep our themes up-to-date with bug fixes and improvements. In the meantime, if there is anything that you want to ask us you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need any help with any features, tweaks or have a recommendation for us, you can email us at email@example.com or tweet us @neverbland and we’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Soundcloud: Adding your Soundcloud URL to the sidebar makes it easy to embed your Soundcloud tracks to the page. This can host up to four tracks of your music on the Tumblr page itself. To add tracks to your ‘Sounds’ tab simply paste the individual track’s URL. We’ve also added a customised waveform player to further enhance the playback experience.
Bandcamp: We’ve made provision to add tracks from Bandcamp too. Ticking the box next to ‘Use Bandcamp for sounds’ will freplace the default Soundcloud player with Bandcamp. Now go to your Bandcamp page, copy and paste the URL into the section that says ‘Bandcamp URL’, and add the page title next to ‘Bandcamp Text’. To embed a single track into the theme simply click the ‘Share/Embed’ link under the album artwork on the Bandcamp page, then copy and paste the long code next to ‘Bandcamp embed’ on the customize sidebar in Tumblr.
Songkick: If you have an upcoming tour, you can use Songkick to promote it. Clicking the ‘more info’ link will take your fans straight to the Songkick site to buy gig tickets instantly. Next stop, The o2 Arena.
Our themes give you the option to embed your Flickr, Twitter, LastFM, Youtube and Facebook accounts directly on the site. Boost your fan base like never before by networking, promoting and sharing your music, videos and photos with fans across the globe, straight from your Tumblr.
