i don’t usually write my own posts on here but this is important enough to me! as a mentally and physically ill individual, i take several necessary meds every day. but my memory has deteriorated with the development of my conditions and it’s hard for me to remember to take my pills, which can lead to days or weeks of painful flareups and decreased functionality. i recently found a super cool app called round health that lets you log all your medications, set custom reminders, track whether or not you’ve taken them, and even lets you know when you need to refill a prescription. it’s really well designed (both technically and visually). i haven’t forgotten a single pill since i downloaded it - and it’s totally free! check it out if you have similar struggles!!

Highly recommend! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve questioned whether or not I’ve taken my meds. Hasn’t happened once since I downloaded this app ❤️
