100% Nintendo verified canon: the entirety of Zelda's extensive emotional damage from Rhoam's shitty parenting was undone by this single extremely dad reaction from Rauru

I’m so happy Zelda got to have loving surrogate parental figures.

Rauru and Sonia are her parents now. I don't make the rules.

sometimes I wonder how we all survive and then I look at my best friends and I go “oh, I survive because I don’t want to leave you yet” and it makes sense. life is so hard a lot of the time, but I want one more bowl of pasta with you.

What are we here for? Textures, my friends, textures! Loki textures!

This tunic has three different materials/fibres involved: a waffle weave cotton, a rayon/cotton blend with a lovely sheen, and of course the snakeskin embossed leather. Absolutely none of them started green! I dyed the two fabrics, and used Angelous leather paint to match the snakeskin to the rest.🙌

disabled people deserve more than the bare minimum to live tbh. and i don't mean in the "oh we have extra costs that makes being disabled more expensive" - which is true, but i'm counting those in the budget to live. disabled people also deserve enough money to buy treats, nice clothes, fund their hobbies, take a trip away, and so on. being disabled shouldn't force you into a life of frugality and poverty

pls don’t let this flop

doofenshmirtz’s mental process i think

Mans was literally so respectful he never assumed every turquoise platypus he met wasn't automatically going to be the one and only turquoise platypus he's ever met 😂😂😂

I think it’s very sweet that Perry the Platypus recognized that the poor dude is effectively platypus-face-blind (and possibly colour-blind as well), cannot tell if a random platypus is or is not Perry, and is never going to assume in case it is a different platypus because that would be RUDE - and therefore carefully puts on his hat every time, so Doofenshmirtz knows who he’s talking to.

That is some prime Politeness-Between-Nemeses right there.

To be fair, the tri state area apparently has a LOT of platypuses.

REBLOG IF THIS RELATES TO YOU:

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

PSA about reblogs and reposts.

Reblogs are when you see a post you really like and you use the reblog button to show it to your followers on your own blog. This keeps the post in circulation and it's helpful and appreciated by the post creator (if it's not stated otherwise). This goes especially for creative posts. It also offers the chance to write something nice in the tags or in the reblog.

Reposts are when you see a post you really like and you just copy it and then make your own post, either on Tumblr or any other site on the internet. This erases the creator's credit (yes, even if you keep their name in screenshots, that's not enough) and they lose control over their own creative work. This is most likely not appreciated.

Also important for all the new arrivals to our favourite hellsite!

most things you’re worried about won’t be as bad as you think, but still they might not be as innocent as other people think.

keep the balance. look out: for potential danger and potential good

keep in consideration your own perception too: what you may perceive as difficult, for someone else may be an easy task. it's not that you're less than them, you're just different: you're probably perceiving something else that they think it's hard as too dang easy. find your own balance for things (take your time cause it may take time... especially if you had someone else guiding you or telling you how to see things your whole life)

I've just seen this and... Wow, I'm so much annoyed 😅 I mean, it's all so wrong... "Worthy" was a spell created by Odin to keep Thor in line and control his powers, but I'm afraid the writers here forgot this little detali 🤦🏻 I wonder when they will let Loki go. I am anxious whenever some new official material about him comes out 🥲

Oh my, that has all kinds of terrible connotations that could go very wrong, especially as we know Marvel's stance on Odin and that goddamn "worthiness".

Thor began to grow wonderfully as a character when he started seeing the cracks in Odin's exterior and realized how wrong and flawed his father was. When he started seeing beyond Asgard's lies and bigotry. The entire point of his character was supposed to be a boy indoctrinated from childhood finally breaking free from his father's lies and control, which necessarily translates into that "worthiness" meaning nothing.

We got Hela's story in Ragnarok! She was told she was worthy too. It was all a lie, even Valkyrie says as much. So a book where Loki is worthy and it is supposed to be a good and positive thing is missing the point entirely. It's still taking Odin's judgment as gospel.

With that said... damn, a story such as that written by a Loki fan could be pretty amazing. Imagine a story where Loki was treated the same as Thor and had everything he could possibly want, he was respected by his people, etc... but it still went wrong because all that love and "worthiness" were corrupted from the beginning. A story where 'who' and 'what' Loki is turns out to be the only good thing... but Asgard's bigotry and Odin's lies and crimes end up biting them in the ass in the end - and Loki's worth comes from within instead.

That I would read. But something tells me Marvel will take a different route. Oh well. (Also... Loki and Valkyrie, eh? They gonna pair them up? 😜).

Gotta say the other two books sound interesting though. Poor Marc having to put up with Venom, but he has experience with Khonshu being a lovable jerk so he'd survive it, I'm sure. But Wanda and Peter as siblings? Hell yeah gimme!

live. live messy and vibrant and warm and wholeheartedly. dare to embrace the parts of yourself that are confusing and complex and don’t come in pretty packages. let yourself accept the love and light you engulf others in. live and live unapologetically as yourself, the battered, bruised and muddled parts included.
