If Burntrap is the Mimic, how did it go looking from what we saw in Security Breach to what we saw in Ruin? Here’s Burntrap without the suit, and you can see the difference is even greater:
Exactly lol. The only thing they somewhat have in common is their left hands, and even then the proportions are different. Mimic's is wider some of the parts aren't actually the same, even though they look similar.
While before we saw Mimic, I thought it was possible part of it was incorporated into Burntrap, I have now shifted fully into the "they're completely separate" camp. Like, Steel Wool had Burntrap's endo model and there's a world of difference between giving Monty an extra tooth and having a completely new endoskeleton

Lean your head forward, preferably to knee level, and let the water kind of drain out of your mouth. When your are able to, take deep slow breaths. No heimlich maneuver or physical assists from somebody else should be used beyond this, otherwise you could vomit and escalate the issue. Its about keeping the larynx open. Hopefully this helps.

This works for minor water inhalation while swimming, too. If you can kneel on the ground and put your head on or between your knees, it let’s the water escape on its own.
