I know that people are mad over Loreen winning, but can we please also acknowledge that it’s amazing? Loreen is not only a woman, but she’s also lgbtq+ AND of Moroccan descent. So the second ever person and first ever woman to win ESC twice is a queer woman of color. Can’t we please celebrate that instead of being mad at a jury? And I knowwwww ESC iSn’T sUpPoSeD tO Be PoLiTiCaL but honestly it almost always is.

Loreen and Alessandra are both bisexuals while Gustaph and Luke are gay.

i work at a synagogue and we’ve had an uptick in antisemitic phone calls and emails and people threatening to “visit” us. kanye’s words and actions are having real tangible effects on real life jewish communities, and i need people to stop pretending it’s just the ramblings of some random guy.
