buck does the research, he gets the permits, he deals with consultants, he works day and night to modify this car and surprises chris (and eddie) with it so chris never has to miss out on driving a car and the freedom that comes with that
and then he’s also the one to teach chris to drive because eddie is a passenger princess through and through
and eddie is inches away from proposing to buck then and there
crazy that eddie brought home chris and tía pepa to remind buck he has a family who loves him, and then pepa encouraged buck to embrace change so he tried to leave the 118. i need this to come up when buck is distancing himself next season like

Imagining a world where Shannon lives and she and Buck have bobbymichael levels of bestiesm. They take trips to the farmer's market together. He always sides with her when she and Eddie are fighting. They go out for brunch on the weekends. They take Christopher to the aquarium and when people mistake them for a couple they're like oh ew lol no. We could've had it all.
The friends that are chronically 30 minutes late are so important to have because they teach u patience and the meaning of loving someone so much u let ur anger go. I have not mastered either yet but I’m sure it’s coming
*puts hands on hollywood exec's shoulders, staring unblinking into their eyes* listen to me. you will never get people who hate musicals to like musicals by making your musical less of a musical. if you hide the fact that your film is a musical in the advertising, you're going to get a lot of low ratings from people who hate musicals and went into your movie not expecting a musical and got one anyway. people who hate musicals will hate them no matter how realistic and diegetic and lowkey you try to make it. they will hate musicals even if you completely excise anything complicated, over the top, silly, or even slightly challenging. they will hate musicals even if you cut half the songs. they will hate musicals even if you cast that a-lister who can't sing worth a damn. stop trying to market to people who hate musicals. they're a lost cause. your audience should be people who love musicals. this half-assed middle ground pisses off both camps. just embrace the fact that your movie is a musical. lean into it. don't try and trick musical haters into coming to your film when you could be marketing to the theater kids. better cringe than a coward.
