Hehe, well, there are dogs, conceptually. They just wouldn't be anthropomorphized to the extent that the cats are. They'd be more like the in-universe rats and pigs. As for the cast, it might be more accurate to characterize them as humans-symbolized-with-cats than as cats-who-have-become-humanlike, if that makes sense. I think of the cat characters as amalgams of different feline features, (including domestic cats, big cats, and smaller wild cats) rather than as a specific species, so it'd probably be taking things a bit too literally to do a whole lot of taxonomical reorganizing to work out exact corollaries. We have joked around quite a bit on the work server, though, that museum Neanderthal dioramas would instead be populated with upright smilodons.
In-universe furries? Hehe, I suppose that would be any other sort of animal dressed up with spats, a hat and a gat. (Fable drew this while we were laughing about this topic in a livestream.)

- The cross/divider inside the box is removable so that the box itself can be used to actually store your embalming fluid. Or, you know, other stuff
- Glasses are gold foil etched. We ran them through dishwashers and scrubbed them to test - it doesn’t come off
- Cat for scale. Not included
