Sounds more like someone making a convenient excuse to not live up to their own principles of how they want the world to be, giving them the chance to raise hell and disgrace their own message, but being able to rationalize and justify it so that they can sleep better. Why can’t people just admit that all they care about is results, and results that benefit them? There’s not shame in that. This person does not care about love; they care about people not hurting them. It has nothing to do with love or sacrifice or any of that shit. First of all, a “good” person is a matter of perspective. It’s a completely subjective concept, made up by humans. There are not “good” people or “bad” people. People are afraid of being hurt and afraid of dying, and have tried to establish a society where people don’t do things that cause those, not because it’s the “right” thing to do, but because they are afraid. There is no such thing as “good” in the moral sense, so your entire first sentence is utter bullshit.

Secondly, being peaceful and compassionate means nothing without corresponding harmfulness and callousness. You cannot have one without the other; that’s the nature of a universe that exists in a state of dichotomy. If everybody was peaceful and compassionate, not only would nobody even know they were those things, those concepts wouldn’t even exist. Their opposites must exist in order for them to, like how light and darkness cannot exist without the other.

And finally, that’s not what “it’s really about.” At the end of the day, it’s about surviving long enough to reproduce, then surviving long enough to ensure your offspring’s greatest chance of survival. And even those things are not guaranteed, so even that is iffy. Beyond that, it’s really all about dying. Just dying. Everything else other than those things is surface and irrelevant.

Can you believe we live in a society where people are kissing Elsa’s ass and viewing her as a great big sister despite neglecting Anna through their whole ass childhood just cause she has the ability to make fucking freezer ice cubes while Nani, a dedicated brown woman who despite lost her parents by a lethal storm had to push her grief aside because Lilo was now her main priority, took care of her, fed her, probably paid money for her hula classes, busted her ass at her job to financially support Lilo, busted her ass to emotionally support Lilo, supported Lilo’s photography talent even though Lilo’s theme was a little weird, got her a dog and even during moments where Nani hit was hitting rock bottom (ex: getting fired but didn’t put her frustration out on Lilo) she did whatever it took to keep her little sister from being taken away, and wanted nothing but happiness and safety for her.

I can tell you exactly why.

1) Elsa did not ignore her because she wanted to, but because it was ingrained into her head from her parents that she had to, making it tragic.

2) Nani is not one of the two main characters of her movie, and therefore is for backstory and nothing more

3) Nani did not sing a catchy song

Here’s an idea: people don’t acknowledge Nani to the same level as Elsa, not because Nani is brown and Elsa is white, but because Nani is simply not central enough to give as much of a shit about. How’s that for a novel concept that people like you are incapable of entertaining.

Me, when I’m unaware that homosexuality does not, in fact, exist in a lot of animals, or any animals, actually.

Humans, in their eternal need to project their own behaviors and feelings onto non-humans, often confuse homosexual behavior with actual homosexuality. Animals of the same sex who fuck each other are not gay, any more than straight men who fuck each other in prison are gay, any more than the seal who fucks a penguin (real thing, look it up) is into beastiality. Animals, like humans, sometimes need to just get out the aggression built up from not fulfilling their reproductive instinct, and go for the most convenient means. Sometimes this means doing it with a member of the same sex because it is easier to accomplish than finding a mate of the opposite, sometimes its because a member of the same sex is giving off a scent or other cues that make the first animal think that it is a member of the opposite sex and they fuck it by mistake. Sometimes this means that they will fuck a member of another species if convenient to do so. Sometimes this means that they will even fuck a member of their own species who is dead, as in the case of certain frogs. But it is never a matter of preference. Animals are never thinking to themselves: “hey, I see all those available females over there, but you know what? I think I want to hook up with another male. I just like them more and want to pair bond with one of them,” or anything of that nature relating to other forms of sexuality.  Only humans exhibit that kind of behavior, which takes place because our reproductive instinct is active, but our massively complex human brains have confused us as to what we want because our neural pathways sometimes don’t form quite the way they should.

But of course, most people will choose to completely ignore this because it contains logic, reasoning, and rational thinking, and most people are not interested in that. The fact that I had to explain it at all shows that some people cannot properly think for themselves at all, as it took me all of six minutes 18 years ago to figure this out, but some people just look at animals fucking same-sex-style and call it a win. Yet another reason why I look forward to our species’s violent extinction.

Utterly irrelevant. This sign is saying that the people who put it up will not serve a certain group of people because they don’t like them. That’s all. It is treating a group of people differently for reasons that they have justified for themselves. It does not matter if their way of expressing it is to kill or to deny a service; that is meaningless detail. It is the same behavior either way: not treating others the same as everyone else. Which is not a problem in-and-of itself, but these very same people are proclaiming to be in favor of equality and people’s rights, while simultaneously violating those same principles by pointing to the qualities of those who they themselves are discriminating against as an excuse for it to be OK. If these people really believed what they are trying to make people think they believe, they would treat everyone the same regardless of who they are, what they believe or what they do, and if some of those people happen to do bad things, that’s not on them.  It’s conveniently excused hypocrisy, nothing more.

I never said that they did. I don’t believe anyone deserves death. Nor do I believe anyone deserves life. I don’t believe anybody deserves anything. And that’s the point. Just because you exist does not mean you deserve anything for it, be it kindness or cruelty. Nobody deserves anything, because the entire concept of deserving anything is entirely man-made. Deserving something does not exist; it’s a fabricated concept.

Society was never meant to function beyond a group of people protecting one another from an imminent threat, not for the sake of saving others, but for their own personal survival and that of their bloodline and genetic legacy, which is greater achieved in numbers. The very existence of society is inherently a contradiction unto itself, so long as humans have survival instincts. It’s a joke, and I’m laughing at it.
