How do I stop having feelings for someone? Like they’ve already rejected me once and isolated themselves from me, but apologized for it and we’re friends again and I’m really trying hard not to fall in love with her again but everytime she says “I love you” my mind can’t help but think it’s more than platonic. I want it to be more than platonic so badly but I know she only sees me as a really good friend.
You can’t really help how you feel. When you love someone, you can’t just switch it off. Sometimes distance helps you to figure things out. Never be afraid to say that you need space from someone to heal yourself.
Maybe an honest conversation with her is what you need.
Going through the breakup of an engagement and a 4 year relationship is fucking tough and I do recommend it.
There are feelings I never wanna feel again.
