*video of woman lightly batting her bf's arm, either playful or mildly annoyed*

every fucking comment: equal rights equal lefts! i mean, she hit first so i don't have to hold back. ha women wanna play but this is the 21st century and feminism means i could hospitalize her for this. oh what, you don't like equality anymore?

every day I get closer to thinking that the 2010s hyperfeminism wave was controlled opposition by the misogyny lobby. they're grooming the zoomers into braindead coomers

somehow I have managed to avoid watching one millisecond of rollo tomassi or fresh & fit or sneako before this year, anyway they all sound a) delusional ("oh we don't want men to hate women" lmao) and b) like maybe they aren't really attracted to women? idc about anyone's sexuality but self-hating gay men are annoying because they make it everyone else's problem

aaaaaa I never noticed the guitar riff from Mr. Brightside is in Miss Atomic Bomb

If you wish to come in and perhaps had a thought of staying (or following the road leading to a village) , you may have the tour here.

My favourite bit; vvv

right wing men on here will see a women posting about how she was threatened with rape in an urban california area and say "no sympathy! she deserves it for living in a blue state, she probably voted for biden. see why you should be on OUR side? we know how to respect our women."

left wing men on here will see a women posting about how she was threatened with rape in a rural bible belt area and say "no sympathy! she deserves it for living in a red state, she probably voted for trump. see why you should be on OUR side? we know how to respect our women."

actually i think neither of you know how to respect women if you think rape is an acceptable consequence for living in the wrong place.

everyone hates orange until they actually see her in context. "oh it's such an ugly color, too bright!" look at sunsets and autumn, look at campfires and deserts. she's the most beautiful and special part of the scene. now apologize.

my biggest werewolfy influences:

The Company of Wolves (both the excellent movie and the two Angela Carter short stories that inspired it)

that one episode of Road Rovers where the dog woman turns into a werewolf (the 90s were a strange time)

"Werewolf," Mystery Science Theater 3000 episode 904, a delectably terrible movie about a corrupt archaeologist (??) who uses a werewolf skull (complete with "ears"!) to turn a guy into a werewolf. a remarkable international picture where about half the cast are not native English speakers, which leads to all sorts of interesting (and inconsistent) pronunciations of the word "werewolf"

if people are going to sell their books by the tropes they're writing about, it would help if the writers actually knew what tropes they're talking about? I go on goodreads just to read negative reviews (especially of books I have no real interest of ever reading, lol) and I can't believe how many newer books that are pitched this way just don't do what the author claims they do lmao
