do you what I hate? people called Tess. When I came up with this nickname for myself literally no one in Czech was called that exact way. No one on the net, in the groups of people I hanged out with... like even internationally I didn't bump to someone called Tess. The first mention of that name I heard in Ocean's Eleven and if you'd google it you would find only some old film called Tess or mentions of Tess of the D'urbervilles. Now when you google it there's Tess Holiday added to the mix. Anyway nowdays like every other girl has nickname Tess. Like I get it it's nice nick and it's actual name in English... but I have it as nickname for so long I feel so so weird when I see some other Czech girl have it. Like it's mine and stuff.
Am I weird and selfish? or does anyone has the same thing with their nicknames?
