Good morning 💚 I feel very strongly about our planet 🌍 and the way we are treating it. I think it’s amazing that things are changing and people are starting to wake up and realise we can’t destroy this planet any longer.. It needs our help! In Primary school I used to have to sing the song ‘We’ve got the whole world in our hands...’ but now it’s slipping through our fingers and we need to take action. The Amazon is still burning. I’ve not posted any art in so long... I feel so ashamed! So here’s a piece I’ve done today. This is called Lady Chakra. ✨ It includes all of the seven chakras, the root, the sacral, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the 3rd eye and the crown chakras. 👁 The chakras are very important for our health and balance of our bodies. They are known as our life forces and hold very powerful energies. These energies are moving inside of us all the time. If your mind, body and spirit are healthy your chakras will be balanced. If your mind, body and spirit are unhealthy this means that your chakras are moving too quickly, resulting in poor health. This subject interests me greatly as we all hold so much power inside of us. We are divine human beings. ❤️ On another note, however, I am worried about what we are doing to this planet. We only have 18 months to save the world. It’s time to start doing something. Use less energy, or get your electricity from the wind and sun. Eat less meat and dairy or none at all. Walk to places instead of using your car. The word “heal” at this moment in my life is very important to me. I admit I have a lot of healing to do so that I can love myself again, I say again because when you’re younger you just don’t give a damn about what people might think or how you look. It’s only when you get older that we are programmed to act or look a certain way. I am trying to remove myself from this glitch in humanity. We were not created to look a certain way and reach people’s expectations, we were created to make a DIFFERENCE and live our lives in a way where we can explore and reach our full potential, we are not made from the stars ✨ to just EXIST. Loving yourself is a big part of this. You have to love solitude. Enjoy your own company. It doesn’t matter what people think about you, you have to love yourself no matter what because you deserve the love that you so desperately give to people. This is a special piece of artwork that I have been working on for a while now. Drawing, colouring and painting this was one of the aspects that helped me heal when my health deteriorated over the last few weeks. After looking after my body and mind, having lots of fruit and veg, vitamins, meditating etc I have healed myself and I’m recovering without the need of having to take tablets with horrible side effects such as blindness. Art has really helped me to focus and I have spent a lot of time on this one, opening up my heart and soul. Mind body connection is important and the more I read up on it the more interesting our complex human bodies seem.
