I want to go to Caltech to study cosmology one day.
However, because of this recent loss of money, we might not have enough to put both my brother and I through college.
However, our main concern is keeping her alive.
My family set up a Go Fund Me to help fund her cancer treatment. We're a medium-low income family. She means an incredible amount to us, and the option of putting her down was out of the question. The treatment will be expensive, but we're willing to pay the price. She's been very strong and brave through the latest treatment, and we're so proud of her determination. After all, she raised a litter of puppies! Surely after that, she can take on anything.
There are organizations that are made to fund the medical treatment of animals, but most of them do not offer funds to protect older animals, like Sammy. She celebrated her 11th birthday three months ago. We want her to love as long as she can, and have the happiest life possible. She has made my life infinitely better. She's done more than any human therapist has ever done for me.
