falling in deep into love: an observation.

Soren, a beautiful wholesome song written by Beabadoobee, is probably one of my favorite songs of all time. It's about Bea's long term boyfriend, Soren Harrison. If you follow Bea on Instagram, her and Soren are like a power couple and they're oh-so-cute!!

I usually see an abundance of comments that are like, "oh my God I really want a relationship like Bea and Soren" and I've never really been able to relate to those comments because I didn't really think that I would be able to fall in love with someone given my current at-home issues, or I think it was because I also believed that I didn't deserve that kind of cute, wholesome, and unconditional type of love. And then eventually, I found my own Soren.

Coincidentally enough, He's got eyes that are so green that I don't know what it means and he makes me feel like all this is real.

The more I fall in love with him, the happier and the calmer I get.

Now, if you're reading this, whoever you may be, I don't know if you've fallen in love before or if you've never experienced what that's like, but let me tell you this:

Falling in love is the most wonderful and awful feeling in the world

it's so surreal. it's wonderful because holy shit he's/she's/they're so beautiful!! but it's so awful to know that you can't always be by them every second.

I feel like I'm Achilles begging his mother to blend his ashes with Patroclus' ashes.

I've been in a relationship before, I guess you could consider that as my "first love", but honestly, I don't think it is. I think that was just me trying to prove to myself that I was "pretty" enough to get with a boy. With this beautiful blessing I'm with now, oh my God he makes me feel like a fairy princess? and I was so oblivious to the fact that love is such a unique and universal experience. And it's so scary yet exciting.
