1st scenario request~~A werewolf scenario~~

You had escaped far away, just in time in fact. The moon shone brightly, turning your normally dark fur a shining silver. The pines, dark against the lighter sky, wrapped around you, enclosing you in the particular darkness that was the forest.

Dark.

Comforting.

Safe.

It smelled wonderful out here, a mix of pine, dew, sap, rain, and night air. It mixed so perfectly, any other combination of smells would have been way too overwhelming. One of the many benifits of nature.

You crouched low to the ground for a moment, closing your red tinted eyes and savoring the scent of leaf rot and pine needles. After a peaceful moment you returned to your normal posture standing up, tail hanging comfortably behind you. You walked around through the trees, letting your claws run over the trunks around you as you passed, leaving even darker marks in the wood.

Being here was always comforting. It helped soothe your nerves, helped you calm down. Eventually you emerged to a silver, glassy pool, reflecting the moon brilliantly. Coincidentally, there was a boulder resting in the shallows. Of course you couldn't ignore it. You padded over and scrambled up, showering a few loose pebbles into the pond, temporarily ruining the smooth surface.

Eventually you had settled comfortably on the boulder, staring up at the bright disk in the sky. It was just what you needed. You let yourself melt into the silver embrace, closing your eyes and listening to the sounds of the night.
