He's leaving

"You were already staring.."

In class, i tend to space out a lot. W always teases me about it but today I hadn't realized i spaced out while i was staring at his desk. ( my class seat is infront of his) He was at his desk, grading some work and we were supposed to do document based questions on our own or with groups, but i had already finished. I felt him staring at me for a while but i didn't look up. I just kept staring at his desk. And he looked away. But then i looked up and he looked up as well. We stayed there for a while until i said, "what?" He smiled and said," nothing, i just looked up at you and you were already staring."

"Like what?"

My phone was off all day yesterday but... I went into W's class yesterday morning, before school started, to ask him what he had asked us to do for extra credit and he said a two page essay. Obviously, being the lazy student i am, i said " no thanks. Is there something else i can do?" He laughed and said," like what?" " I dont know. Somthing not boring.." "Well give me an idea." "I dont know, what do you think," i said while biting my lip. I swear i had no clue what i was thing but i went for it and omfg, just typing it is making me question what the hell i was thinking. Before he could answer another teacher walked in and i left. We didn't talk about it after and i hope he never brings that up because omfg, wow.
