i slept 3 times last night and all of the dreams that i got is bad. i smoked 3 cigs for the first time in almost 3 months of free. no tears but only numbness. turning on my lamp rotate for the first time this year. just turned on my phone so i'm all alone today. everyone has happiness on christmas and mine isn't. but at least i am still clean and not doing what am i thinking.
