I don't even understand the hype about the "new" twilight book it's been leaked like 10 years ago I bet the pdf is still out there. If you want to read it so bad, just download the leaked version and give the money you would have used to buy the book to the Quileute tribe

It’s astonishing to me that people want to steal (yes steal) Stephanie Meyer’s work, after she has been shit on by millions of people for writing her fantasy, after an absolute cow ripped her off and faced no reprecussions, after her own “friend” leaked half her story, and even after being bullied off the internet by people that hadn’t even read her work.

She might not need the money, but that doesn’t give people the right to steal for shits and giggles. She’s worked on this novel for 13ish years, she had to put it off after a chunk was leaked, then lord of the twats - E L James - flat out stole her work repeatedly and Meyer left her writing behind again, and is now about to face part 2 of internet assholes that are about to rip on her for “not writing a good role model” and everything else they could possibly nitpick. This woman is not the fucking devil, she’s a writer, who at one point was considered to be the actual devil for writing about a bland teenager. She doesn’t deserve half the shit she gets.

Anyway, donate to marginalized groups, but if you’re an artist don’t complain when your work is stolen if you yourself steal other artists work.

She wrote the Quileute tribe in an incredibly racist and stereotypical manner, which has been very damaging to the REAL Quileute people in real life. She made tons of money partly off their backs, and in return they got disrespectful "twilight tourists" and had to set up a website to tell people that their culture and people are not like what the book says. Who the fuck cares about her not "writing a good role model" the main problem here is her racist portrayal of native americans (written as impulsive, violent, with torn apart families and very little future, and who imprints on children yikes) that had very real consequences for a very real marginalized community. WHO THE FUCK CARES ABOUT MEDIOCRE AUTHOR DRAMA AND EL JAMES OR WHATEVER WHEN THIS POST WAS ABOUT GIVING MONEY TO THE QUILEUTE TRIBE SO THEY CAN RELOCATE TO A SAFER PLACE INSTEAD OF GIVING IT TO THE WOMAN WHO BUTCHERED THEIR CULTURE TO WRITE SEXY WEREWOLF ROMANCE. GET A GRIP.

Growing up fat, you get made fun of for everything you do, even basic shit like eating and laughing and breathing are funny when you do it because youre fat!
