Alrighty! Running is paused until I can be seen for my leg. I dont know how long that’s going to be but for whatever reason today is a good day and I’m not feeling stressed about it. I’m also avoiding any leg related workouts because they are all causing pain.

Played probably 20 minutes of VR boxing today! (I forgot to turn my watch on at first haha) It was very fun. Semi difficult because my niece is here and running around but that’s ok. I wish I had time to do more but but there’s always tomorrow.

I did like a super quick PT sesh today because, again, my niece is here and I ran out of time.

Oh and I accidentally logged it as cardio instead of boxing and i dont know if I can fix that but whateverrrr

OH AND I CAN TURN OFF SQUATS AND LIVE CLASSES SO I WASNT ALL ANXIOUS ANNNND MY LEG WAS SPARED! 

Definitely wanna work on my boxing form because I wa flailing around today haha. I’ve always wanted to box or do karate or some kind of “fighter” fitness but wasn’t allowed to as a kid bc “it was of the devil” 🙄 so yeah. Im excited to play around with it now 😂
