It was during spring of 2012 when things started falling apart for Castiel. He had trouble at work and it just seemed to get worse every week. So, he decided to ask for help from Dr. Dean Winchester, a psychiatrist his brother Gabriel suggested, to help him out. After a few sessions with Castiel, Dean starts to fall for his patient, but their relationship will test limits and make you question what is real and what is not.
