Hi, I wanted to share some tips on the law of attraction and especially on how to manifest clear skin. To start of, I don’t have acne, but I have an inflamed condition, like my skin has some red patches all over my cheeks and forehead. So I listen to subliminals to help that, and thanks to that I noticed that I was too much focused on my facial skin because, all my back acne were gone in just few days with the subliminal and I noticed almost a week after (I listened to Luminalplay perfect fantasy skin strong affirmations, moocha clear skin without detox subliminal and cupid subliminals clearest skin ever subliminal). Do now I’m going to share some tips, on how to make subliminals work better ~ 😊🥰💫
⭐ Make a subliminal playlist. Write down what your main goals are. I personally like to have a main subliminal for my face and one for my body (like one with all the affirmations I like, like a glow up subliminal, desired face subliminal, hourglass body…) and then choose maximum 4 subliminals that you want to focus on ; 4 for the face and 4 for the body (one for skin, one for hair, one for nose… one for waist, one for legs…). Then listen to that playlist 5 times at least or more (while sleeping, or before or after). Now, for my skin I use the Ultimate clear skin by Veruna (the first one). You can also add boosters if you want.
⭐ Make a vision board. You can make it on pinterest, even on a app on your phone and stick it as your screen wallpaper. Or the basic version, make a real vision board on papers, with photos that you printed. My bonus tip here, is to write under every photos (either on the vision board or behind the photo) what that photo mean. For example, you have a skin photo, write under it as if you already have it like “I’m so thankful that in 2020, I finally cleared up my skin. My skin now is so glowy and I’m so thankful…”.
⭐ Script. I script for 30 minutes in the morning and 1h at night. In the morning, I write for my desires in the current moment, while listening to the desired reality subliminal by Luminalplay. And at night, I write for my biggest goal and add some pictures to visual even more, still by listening to a subliminal, but this time to a succeed your dream life subliminal. Bonus +++ I always place some gemstones next to me when scripting, but it’s a bonus, I really love amethyst. To script for your skin, you have to embody the person that you want to become. Imagine yourself with the skin you want and then write everything that surrounds you with your new skin “how you feel, how you like it, how people compliments you…”.
⭐ Meditation. I love the guided meditation from the Gem Goddess on YouTube. I do the shift your reality meditation every morning and night after Scripting. She gives you the opportunity to imagine 2 goals of yours. Same as scripting, imagine your skin, how would your routine would be with that skin, in the meditation you have to visualize yourself with that skin.
⭐ Affirmations. You can create your own affirmations, or you can listen to them. I made an affirmations playlist on YouTube and I listen to them when I prepare myself in the morning and when doing my skincare at night. If you can, try the do not look in the mirror challenge while doing so. But if like me, you wear makeup, try to step a bit back from the mirror. Don’t approach your face from 1 cm to the mirror 😂. Focus on the affirmations and repeat them in your head so that they’ll get stuck in your head, and repeat them during the day to replace your negative affirmations. If it’s hard at first you can say stuff like “my skin is improving. My skin is doing the best it can…” and then, when you’re comfortable with it “my skin is beautiful. My skin is glowing…”. And at night, what I really love to do is to massage my skin, closing my eyes and really imagine my skin being glowy and healthy for about 5 minutes with a balm or oil cleanser.
⭐ Visualisation. We can all visualize. We just put some blockages around it. If you find it hard, start by imagining something simple like a lemon. You’ll directly have the image of a lemon in your mind. It’s the same for your goals. I visualize before falling asleep personally. It’s the same as Scripting, but this time without writing. Close your eyes, breath deeply and then smile by thinking about your new skin 💜
⭐ Last tip. Take inspired actions. Do something for your skin, it can be placing a placebo over an action like (the glass of water I drink before sleeping, makes my skin glow so much), make a good skincare routine (I can give you tips on that if you want for a a better and less pricey routine) I personally use products with no fragrance and essential oils. Take actions to detach from obsessing over results, fo something you love (sports, drawing, singing, dancing…).
