Okay, so I had a melancholy time drawing this.

I’ll try to keep it simple, but there were a lot of artists on Tumblr. And out of all of them, there were a certain few that really stuck out to me. Their styles, characters and personalities intrigued me. And not to be dramatic, but I learned a lot from them, despite not talking much with them (something I kind of regret, because I’d love to have nice chats with them, to be honest.)

Pictured above are the characters Hye and Miss Chance by @gastrictank whose world-building was excellent to look into.

The characters Skarpne and Dumfer by @gerph / @gerph18up , whose art style influenced mine. Reading his comics is fun, and he sneaks great development and funny jokes into even his more lewd comics.

And Sugar, by @dabbledoodles / @dabbledraws whose art reminds me to keep a consistent flow of semi-realism while keeping a motion of the character’s personality within my drawing.

I’ll probably move to Twitter/Newgrounds to follow you guys again, and I hope I have the courage to actually talk to you guys without coming off as a brown-noser. Good luck with growing your following even further!!!
