With all this comes a new term to describe new media art, tech art, creative coding, … namely DevArt.
DevArt is a new type of art. It is made with code, by developers that push the possibilities of creativity and technology. They use technology as the canvas and code as the raw materials to create innovative, engaging digital art installations.
You can start putting together an idea submission on github, and entries close March 28th.

By interacting with this touch-screen, the audience can approach the complicated and controversial issue of constructing the identity, as well as to construct their own identities.
The installation includes seven circles: sex (as in a passport or ID), gender identity, spectrum of gender expression, sexual orientation, romantic orientation, sexual practice, and an empty circle, which is a blank category that can take on any meaning.
